yes this will happen if you havent done the prereqs or making it directx 11 also make sure it is still 32 bit
Hi i had this problem too and i can confirm that using the prereq program and making sure it is running directx 11 that it works if it isnt...
Along with the transmutes, gems, mount ect im going to make the shoulder enchants they will sell for a bucket and really quck
