      HB won't use flight form

      It fixed itself when I leveled to 60... kind of an odd requirement to use Flight Form considering you get it at 55.

      Warrior combat routine in PvP will not use charge no matter what. It will only walk up to the target or Victory Leap onto it.

      I'm not sure if this is intentional but the bot will never use Charge. It will either walk up to the target or Victory Leap onto it.
