      Issue was my router was not pulling the correct IP from the modem and I guess was throwing honorbuddy off even though everything else was working...

      All default settings, no AV. Also tried disabling the firewall completely. Just formatted Windows 7, downloaded wow & honorbuddy. Same issue.
