      Why can't I see the developers tool ?

      Well, I can't minimize nor maximize it when I move mouse over it, already tried... Must be something else that can be done?

      I cearly open developer tools, but still It wont pop up on my screen. Using windows 7, so I can see it if I highlight it down at the task bar...
