Every 64-bit system is capable of running 32-bit programs and why should they care about third party programs like tmorph? My point still stands, too much work for zero benefit. The HB developers stance will not change until either MS or Blizzard phases out 32-bit support, which won't happen anytime soon. End of discussion.

What I love about 64 bit is the majority that use 64 bit are all blended under one now from my experience in Archeage when ban hammers occured lot's of accounts were perma banned even those who did not bot which happened to be false positives, now it wouldn't take rocket science to figure out I was hacking but gm's were bogged down with a larger player base they didn't have time to comb all accounts properly so many accounts like mine were revoked, this has a great impact for many successful appeals due to the fact your going to get many people innocently banned under the process, then watch the people raging in wow forums because it will happen if the majority are under 64 bit I can guarantee that.

Just because they are capable doesn't mean they would want to run 32bit. So keeping us under the radar by blending in is not a good point? Starting to feel like maybe we're sticking out like a sore thumb too much.

I understand this point aswell it's not about tmorph at all but there is a bigger picture here, think about how many people play wow under 64 bit that is a lot more then the 32 bit players... if everything was under 64 bit well it's gonna make hell for Blizzard to comb x amount of accounts, imagine their tickets then... they would think twice about trying to ban players in a large mass lol

Yes, exactly this. The more work for them, the more we make them second guess the better it is for every botter.

this post assumes that 32b is what was detected.
steam can only scan the computers of steam members.
staff has repeatedly stated this will be 32b only until further notice.
staff has not given further notice.

Why is it that when people suggest blizzard might be breaking the law and doing illegal things to catch bots people go into a tangent talking about tinfoil hats and saying "blizzard would never risk it" there are hundreds of people that people thing would never risk it just before they got caught. People instantly shooting down any new idea is the real problem with this place, you cant come up with an opinion other than "they caught us" but wanna go to each and every new post criticizing other people's views. Get a life.

guys, i get your all passionate about honorbuddy, but this kind of stuff needs to stop. arguing over 32/64 is pointless and not a decision that the community will be making. its going to be up to the developers and what they feel is best for the bot. new threads debating the same stuff over and over is just crazy and getting no one no where. please stop.
