where did your character appear? It says it is getting stuck at a location nowhere near the portal at Leoric's Manor. What profile did you start with?
I startet the act1 profile at the waypoint. But its was maybe my mistake didnt noticed thats your gilestrinity is required to run this profile, i was using the standard one ^^
yeah my Trinity shouldn't effect that aspect. I only modified how it attacks keywardens. Before you start a game, just run act1_start.xml and it should start the proper game and get you going through leoric just fine. Happy hunting!
I just watched the bot as he searched for the key warden and noticed that the aborted on half way and quit the game without killing him?? did your bot get stuck trying to go after the warden or get distracted by monsters? Typically the only way it doesn't kill the warden is if it first detects it, and then gets stuck trying to go after him (I've only seen this happen in Act 3 with the varying level heights and small corridors) The other way is if you go too far off course chasing monsters and then gets out of range of the warden. Do you happen to know if either of these were the case? Working with another developer on better keywarden detection with a plugin FYI. Pretty limited with the tools DB gives me. Now that I think about it, I think I'll modify Trinity to add the wardens as Top Priority so it avoids other monsters.
I'll keep an eye on this for next time , i saw only that he explored the half map and after a mob group he went to town and leaves the game
Got a new plugin in the works that I think is going to make keywarden detection much much better. Just working out some details.
Thanks for your help i disabled now radsatom and also noticed that he killed last time now the warden (there was no other mob in range ) he also had a clear sight to him i really appreciate your wok for all of us.
You did not even looked into the Quest Folder ?? There is a act1_start.xml maybe u have to use this ???
My bot changed the quest step auto. and joined then game with activated last quest and teleports then to the last waypoint
It should select it on it's own provided you've progressed that far with your bot. I assume your using the latest posted? This happened on a previous version if you died in the courtyard as it spawned you inside manor. That's what I assume what happened as your trying to get to the very first MoveTo point in the courtyard, and you're bot was probably inside the manor. I'll adjust the tag to wait longer when opening the door inside the manor. Could have thought it entered through the door, when it didn't
Hi Magi, Configuration: Demonbuddy v1.0.1162.284 + Giles Trinity 1.6.3.4 (your version + nesox fix) not picking up keys after warden death? Ideas what might be problem? Does it matter that I use my own custom loot rules? Wbr
Shouldn't matter, not sure why it wouldn't be picking up a key. I haven't had this issue since Trinity 1.6.3.3. You can try using the trinity version I'm currently using (has the unity fixes applied). I've been running it for a few hours now and have picked up around 6-7 (on MP2 mind you, so lots of runs in there)
