Change the loot radius in the XML file, for overall and for areas. Open the profile with notepad or something similar Hit CTRL + F, type "lootradius" and hit enter (without the ") Go through all of them and change the number to something higher, I personally use 120 for loot. Save the file Close demonbuddy and reload the profile
where in code change MP? Im started MP 2 and later bot farming on 0 MP. Why? Im use Ultima Magi Extended
Anyone else notice that on Rakkis on the way to FoS it randomly gets stuck on wanting to click on a dead mobs body that it thinks is destructable? I have in trinity and demonbuddy not to destroy destructables but it just won't leave shit alone!

Interesting stuff with Keep 2. But be wary of Keep 2. It is a beast that can not be tamed. I have spent 10x times as much on as any other area with not that much to show for it.

perhaps something changed with trinity? I've only watched my toon skip one legendary and that was a long time ago. Haven't botted much lately though. Waaay too busy at the moment. Sorry for my delayed responses. Check your loot rules too, not just the radius (which can be increased in the profile) Good to see some big XP numbers...best I could get was close to 40 before I paragoned 100. I wasn't really focusing on XP so I only put a 27% gem in the helm...I'm sure with a hellfire and leoric/cain I could have gotten it higher.
if it's dropping near your bot, then there must be something else going on. Loot radius is large enough on these profiles that it should pick it up. Either a loot rule issue or something is a muck with Trinity. Do you guys have combat looting enabled? If not, enable it.
Someone really needs to figure out a way to run Keep Depths 2 and Arreat Crater 2 without skipping 80% of the mobs ._.
you do a full explore, backtrack a lot, and lose xp/gold/loot per hour. The amount of kills doesn't matter, the rate at which you kill does. I've tested both, you get better results killing your way from entrance to exit as opposed to full clears. Believe me.
Hey, I've been running this profile for 2 weeks now and it runs great, absolutely great profile! I'm running the Ultima Magi profile, and here are the numbers im averaging. I am curious to see what your guys' numbers are! GPH: 500k+ EXPH: 40-45mil on avg IPH: 800-900 IPH would like to see how your numbers compare to mine and which profiles you are running! ty and thanks again for a great profile Magi!
I disagree, it's worth it to explore both maps, not only do the mobs in Keeps 2 have a higher drop chance because of density, it's also currently the best zone to farm in on mp10 just purely killing white mobs, that's the best routine to farm in the game atm, clearing entire K2, so I really doubt that. Also, a pack of spiders in areat crater level 2 give an absurd amount of XP, especially if you get lucky. Since you've tested it do you have a version magi? I'd really be curious to try it out.
Magi, are you aware that sometimes as soon as the bot enters KD2 it says it found the exit and goes away? Could it be that in some random spawns of the map the exit is closed to the entrance and the bot is fooled?
Xenetron - rrrix's profile does a clear of Keeps 2/Crater 2, just give that a whirl and see. You may get lucky on a few runs here and there that do well, but long term, there ends up being a lot of wasted time backtracking. Since rrrix wrote the trinity explore stuff, I'd just assume his parameters work best for that style. I ran Keeps 2/Crater 2 back-to-back a lot. If I thought the Explore tag alone was better, I wouldn't have bothered with the way I wrote those profiles. Crater 2 also got stuck permastuck fairly frequently doing the trinity explore. Perhaps that is fixed now, but at the time that was killing stats. Just remember to test long term (4+ hours)...I am confident, based on my comparison tests at the time a few weeks ago, random explore alone will not outperform my stuff long term. Welcome to be proven wrong though if anyone would like to re-test. I'm super busy at the moment to do it myself with work and family. Kakaru - Yes the exit can spawn near the entrance in Keeps 2. I start out with an explore independent of searching for the exit...once the entrance to keeps 2 disappears off the radar of the bot, it kicks into my manual "explore" for the exit. There are some instances where it immediately finds the exit and then walks back to the entrance and gets stuck. I put together a workaround which I believe I posted a few pages back. You can find the link there which should fix that issue...again just be super busy at work and got a pregnant wife that is due any moment now so the family needs me right now. Thanks guys, always welcome input and if you think you've got a better solution then what I've provided, take a chance and dive into some XML. It's not that bad. Welcome code enhancements/changes if you can *prove* it works better. I unfortunately don't have time right now to test everything folks toss at me at this time. -M
OK I lied, here are some test files for anyone who wants to prove me wrong...I'll run them for a bit once my machine stops rendering some 3D stuff for work. EDIT - FYI, the random explore tag is not as thorough as it could be. It is probably the fastest explore parameters available but it still will not kill 100% of Keeps 2...probably closer to 75% on average. Mine will probably do about 50% on average give or take. If you want 85-90% clear on Keeps 2, you'll have a TON of backtracking. rrrix's parameters will yield the least amount of backtracking so we'll see what happens
