All my guild gold is still there. 990k. thank god. i think i had about 200k across my toons though. maybe i'll keep playing. it was nice being able to do other things with my life though lol.
Did anyone else have all of their toons removed as well?? No money, no toons .. wth is the point of resubbing this account ..
It's too bad Blizzard isn't the government, and a suspension isn't an action of the US government against you..
Well, got it as soon as I logged on. All gold is removed, same as everyone else. Good thing all my characters and their names are still there atleast. Only lost 300-400k gold, but that is an enormous sum of gold to me. Wish I would've used it before I got banned.
Yeah well not like Federal law has anything to do with video-game contracts. And double-jeopardy protects you from being pursued for the EXACT crime for which you have already been sentenced. AKA, if you steal a TV and get caught/prosecuted and sentenced to a year in jail, they can't later tack more time on because they feel like it. Being sentenced for stealing a TV doesn't mean you can go steal all the TVs you want after you get out of jail without worrying about being prosecuted again lol.
