Do Archaeology in Northrend or Outland and/or get to 85 would be my suggestion. BTW, how many hours botting do you think you spent from 60-80?

 

Use the blacklist under the bot settings to check the cata nodes you don't want to go to. If you care about decent epics from AB, do kalimdor/EK. If you don't care about the cool/good BoA items, then leave it running in outlands as long as you want. After a while, you'll probably have to do a few cata zones because of the limited spawn locations of dig sites, but either do them manually or just afk level up in outlands and then come back when you can hold your ground.

 

It is sux because there is no way to force respawn the tolvir sites... Now all I need / want is from tolvir and I gotta fly all around kalindor until I get lucky and few cathead fags sites show up. Archeology just suck overall. : /

I would like to report some errors that should be fixed for next update.

Any suggestions on which digsites I should blacklist to run ArchBuddy as smooth as possible in Eastern Kingdom ?

Yes, click on "Bot settings".

 

I have read they have fixed the issues with the bot getting stuck. I find it annoying that they have fixed the issue but have not released it or at least given an eta on the release. I understand that you would want to test it before you release it or that you don't want to release a new version every day. But this has been been going on for a week.

 

Or you can relax and wait for release and just blacklist those areas for now. It will be ok, trust me

 

I guess if you blacklist half of a continent... but currently if all sites are blacklisted, it goes to the closest. It would be better if we had either a second "strict" blacklist that it never goes to under any circumstances, and a "grey" list that it avoids unless they are the only sites. Or maybe a scale 1-5 for each site.

 

Anyone else still have issues in EPL with Terrorweb Tunnel Digsite, Quel'Lithien Lodge Digsite and Plaguewood Digsite? If I afk for a bit and it chooses any one of those, it will get stuck in a pattern above the site and just go in small circles until I intervene, and even then it's like pulling teeth if a certain spot is where the artifact is. If I blacklist those sites, then I end up only having one digsite after just a few digs.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but even if some of the digsites that are nearby are blacklisted, if there are no others around it will still choose one of them. I've watched it in action. Blacklisting does help sort some of these problems that people are having though. It's worked for me.

 

The only digsites I'm having problems with atm is:
When I've been in Twilight Highlands and want to go north/Northwest. Then the bot usually gets stuck in the air.
When I've been in badlands & want to go south, then it gets stuck above the sea outside of Badlands.
A troll digsite in Southern Stranglethorn Vale, there's an altar of somesort that the bot is having a really hard time getting around. (Nek'Mani Wellspring)
Obviously the Grim Batol Digsite , but I guess there is no way around that atm.
And sometimes, I don't know after which digsite, but the bot get stuck west of the border of Wetlands & Arathi Highlands (Out in the sea)
