This has been patched on my realm. Gerard Tiller no longer gives a quest, at all. And, upon reading the wowhead comments about this NPC, this was said, "Supposedly, there has been an exploit found involving this quest which makes it reward a level 1 player with 60,000 guild experience, allowing players to create a toon and get a guild to level 25 in minutes. Do not exploit this glitch, as tempting as it may be, as it will likely lead to a permaban for your account once it is fixed. A recommendation for Horde players is to kill Gerard Tiller, the questgiver, to prevent this unfair experience gain." And, also, someone has already mentioned it, but there's a post on the official wow forums. So, once again, I missed out on trying to help my guild level. I can go ahead and delete this toon. Lame.

MY QUESTION:
Has anyone tested any of these others AFTER GERARD WAS HOTFIXED?

 

Quest is now gone on my server.

 

They all probably work, but not as quickly as the fishing derby one for horde, or the low lvl one for ally

The Marks of Sargeras are still giving massive guild rep. Do not turn them in by the bundles or else you will lose a ton of guild rep. You get 186 guild rep whether you turn in one or you turn in ten. So, turn them in one at a time until you are maxed.

 

Well, this was great while it lasted. Kudos to the OP. 4 Guilds leveled today

 

Hate to say it, but on my realm they're no longer giving guild rep for those either. I checked it on four toons. One at 60, 70, 80, and 85. All I get is a decrease in Scryer rep and an increase in Aldor rep.

 

4 guild leveled in one day, then we cry when shit gets nerfed...

If Blizzard is mad and bans players for EXPLOITING THIS BUG. FUCK THEM - im sorry but they are the idiots that made it that way- no cap on guild xp and guild rep - so yea if you get banned i would dispute it

 

Westfall Chicken Quest

It is VERY much slower, but repeatable.

Make sure you have an addon that auto turns in quests for you, because you can turn it in 12-25 times per active chicken.

1. Fill bags with grain.
2. Macro /chicken
3. Find Chicken
4. Cluck at chicken.
5. Click Chicken for quest turn in.
6. Keep clucking.

A few things that we found to make this go much faster. Turn your back to the chicken so you don't auto attack it when it goes inactive again. Keep clucking even during turn ins. We didn't get to test it, but we believe if you have 5-6 people there that the chicken will pretty much never go inactive and will just be clickable for the quest. The more cluckers, the more turn ins you can get. Click at the bottom just under the egg when doing turn in so you don't miss turn ins by looting the egg.

As I said this is much much slower than the Tiller quest. It took 2 of us and 1 person clucking and lots of modifications to how we were doing it to perfect the speed and eventually we were getting about a level every 15-20m.

*Edit 1: We were using lvl 1's to do the turn ins. Our /chicken only player that we also used for protection from the mobs that will aggro there was 85, but just needs to be high enough for the occasional wolf or harvester that might get kited that direction.

*Edit 2: Because of all the clucking it is very easy to miss the guild experience so just give the guild experience bar time to refresh.

 

How would you work this with 5 accounts?

What the chicken one?

 

The other turn ins mentioned is nowhere near the one in Elwynn forest. The items are not in AH any more and are much mor expensive ofc.
