Depends on the goal of the exercise. But yea for fat burning a high heart rate = Going at it 110% for less time obviously is the best thing to do. Not doing 100% but going for a long time is used to increase your stamina.
Bycicle is one of the best exercises you can do at home (without better equipment and if u dont dig gymnastics). It makes the biggest muscles work, and request energy, thus, burns energy cause bigger muscles consume more energy.... thus burns calories and with that fat. But if u can afford it, go to a good gym, you can check out the babes working out while you workout.
Yes, thats exactly what is it. Count how many calories you eat in a day, I guarantee its not that much. If you consume more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. End of story.

i got a cable X over machine in my room, and shit load of weights at my bros which are mine, when i get the time and motivation ill get back into my exercise mode. O on another exercise note i have done a crap loads of jogging in the past, machines outdoors etc, and all i got was my knees would go cranky, i creak alot, but seriously if u wanna go jogging -running buy some trainers with bare foot technology- i managed to get some Vibram 5 fingers i used them the other month, first time i went jogging in ages and the 5 slow miles i managed was great - my calves felt like i had done a real killer workout on them in gym, i never had that good exercise from 18 mile jog in normal BS footware.
Bicycle infront of the TV.. I just wanna puke. Get a great sport as a hobby and you will have fun while excercising. You Naturally burn most of what you consume during the course of a day, unless your doing nothing... And if your taking in 12000 Calories a day.. you have a serious problem...
Thanks for the advice but the problem is that I'm allways feeling cold. My Doc tould me to do workouts too but if you where working untill 10pm and have to work again a 10am... you don't have "fun" to do some sports. I only try to gain a bit more weight and when my education is over this summer and I maybe have enough money I will go to gym. The other reason for drinking this is because of I have much concentration problems and I'm allways sleepy. I think it is because I don't have any fat xD My body really don't have any reserve and if I'm hungry for a short while my head feels like a crash >,<
