Invalid Account Details means that you are trying to log with the wrong info you have to use your shop info details if you still have problems open a new thread on payments section including your invoice id Hb works as it should
i cant still get it why it suddenly stopped working... it worked before with this same info i put.. where i can get this shop info details and doesnt gb use same login info that hb? where i can see my invoice id?
check at your shop page on invoices section and then make a post on payments section including your invoice id
Auth failed! (Problem Solved) Okay! i had a theory what is the problem and im not sure if that is the problem, but atleast i got my HB auth again properly!!!<3 SO! this is what i thought: 1st my auth problems started after Cata Test releases of HB 2nd maby there came a bug along with new versions of HB with authenticatin and something that has to do with passwords. This is classified information xD but atleast MY password included som finnish letters ?/? and i thought that maby that is the problem so i changed my PW (reseted it from the GB/HB shop page) to contain only english letters ?/? to A/O and after i did that my HB authed itself just like before Cata Test Releases and logged in properly!!!!! AT LAST!!! i hope this will get all others HB's wich has this auth failed! problem to work again too!! Please tell if this worked for you, atleast it worked for me. ^^
