Blizz ban's legit players all the time by my experiance.. happened to a guildie a few days ago when farming some stuff for rep in the old world.. and has happened to me back in Vanilla days...
Get your facts straight. Granted there is an automated suspenstion system in place, it doesn't watch mobs. All it does is watch certain parts of the .rdata, .data and .text sections, as well as injected modules and hooks, hashes them, and compares them to a blacklist. And xentox, not only the game has taken a one-eighty since WoTLK, Blizzard's policy against third party applications has as well. It's not hard at all for Blizzard to take out some 90% of the public cheats out right now. They just can't be bothered.
