I do not ever say a word to Blizzard. I do not wish to draw attention to myself in any way. Some guy hacked my account about a year ago, and I just changed my password on my account and on my email. I do not want any undue attention. I don't need a GM checking to see if the hacker came back. I don't care since I restored all of my gold and items in just a few days by botting.
Probably the most dangerous thing I do is to run public profiles, but I have been running them on HB since Feb. 2012 and never had a ban on any of my accounts. I watch my toons almost every minute that they are being botted. I may walk away to use the bathroom or to make a sandwich, but I am never gone for more than a couple of minutes. My toons are never going to be reported for getting stuck longer than a few seconds. I hit the space bar if there is an obstacle in the way. I shut them down if I think weird stuff is going on. Several times I thought one or more of my toons had been ported, and I simply hearthed out and logged off. I try not to be greedy, and the only time I fight anyone is in a battleground.
botting myself and everytime I see another who acts suspicious I'll report them and whisper them. I know its very selfish. yes me 2....so what? will you ban me now? lol
it's -botters reporting botters and being selfish little children -the likeliehood of some flagging system being implemented around 5.1~? that detects player frequenting XY tile in Z timeframe. etc personally they need to stop banning period. settle with warnings that increase disabled playtime incrementally. with their numbers droppingl ike flies...yea.
lol i feel the exact same way. in regards to ninja noding, as bm as it is, it's in the program. complaining about it is like people on cod raging about 'noob tubes' and martyrdom (well i think it's analogous lol) lastly, i wonder if blizzard investigates those that report botters as well. I've played MMO's for years and I didn't know what a botter looked like until I actually started botting. I know blizzard makes some dumb choices sometimes, but they're not stupid.
