1. Start the "Typhon" application
2. Press "Start" on the first page so the bot is "running"
3. Go into the "profile tab" and click "open mesher"
4. Now just click "Start"
5. If u want to see whats recording, u can click on "Radar"
6. When you have created the mesh for object and obstacles, hit save
7. Create a profile within the mesh you created

Step 1. Works fine
Step 2. It will run but shows errors
Step 3. Works fine
Step 4. Work fine
Step 5. This seems faulty, Mostly shows blank, grey surrounding but works sometimes.
Step 6. Works fine
step 7. Works fine

When running a profile that is a different ball game, i play guardian only and it does not work at all probably a CC issue. Very twitchy when mobs targeted, Movement is not so good it need to glide more instead of those sharp turns back and forth maybe a jump here and there at 1/2 waypoints, combat does not work my guardian uses 1 defensive skill then couple of auto attacks then AFK, Looting does not work, most mobs are ignored and passed, does not harvest anything.

 

Why does some bots require the use of a mesh (like this one), but others dont (like Demonbuddy or Buddywing) ?

 

I have tried this with a guardian and ranger using my own profile and willox user submitted. The combat is really slow and 9/10 uses wrong skill, using healing key 6 before pull at full health :S. The movement is strange and very stop and starty i have no idea why mesh and profile is needed as when testing my own profile my character looked to be using the mesh more then the profile waypoints. This is probably as intended but the confusion with objects and getting stuck on them, i was thinking the mesh is for meshing around objects and buildings etc to avoid?. I have a bucket load of errors using the new bot from todays download page but the radar seems to be working perfect now!.

Is there a page for errors or are we dumping all into this thread?.

Overall it is looking good but for me it is to slow and bot looks confused, like a retarded player playing with his nose.

 

Hey Dave,

would you be so nice and describe what class, what weapons, and what healing spell you where using.

The Profile sets Hotspots where the bot will kill Monsters, so the bot will move away from the Hotspot when killing Monsters.

And combat is currently idd a bit on the slow side.

The problem is above my guardian is just casting and not even auto attacking, I would of liked to see.

I tried ranger and engineer.
Ranger starts off with healing (6) then barage then autofires.
Engineer I don't know what he was doing LOL
but it didn't work


forgot I was using Architectus

what level was the engineer and what weapon was you using.

Hi, I've tried GW2Buddy recently, and I really don't understand how I can install and execute mesh and profil. Can you help me please ?

 

Added some checks to the Ranger Healing stuff, will probably need some finetuneing.

For the Guardian:

Something i probably off cause he's trying to cast the Virtue while it's on CD?
At the moment there is no condition applied to the shouts, will probably take some time till they are in place, will need some API adjustments for it like reading conditions and boons.
It was casting Strike (first Step to build up Wrathful Strike).
I made some additional adjustments, I guess they will be in the next build. BTW .38 is already included in the now beta build.

 

I can't make it loot. I'm playing on a 39 Necormancer in Harathi Highlands, the profile Willox submitted. I'm using an Axe in my main hand and a Focus in my off hand. Does the looting works for when my OS is in 64-bit?

 

The new version does not seem to work for me. The game crashes as soon as I hit the start button.

I would atleast like if it did deposit collectibles, would be great!

I have a feeling that its gonna be as "good" as BWing....

 

Still doesn't loot properly. It loots the first ones but when one get blacklisted it stops looting the other creatures by the same name.
EDIT: It also gets stuck behind some fallen trees that are lying on the ground. It can be running against them for hours. Using Willox Harathi Highlands.

 

Turned it on went to mesh meshed an area made the profile and added hot spots. Press start, and it crashed the game.
