Unchecking "Ignore items i already own" and saving doesnt work. It is checked all the time. Can you please fix it?
before doing this i copypasted PurchaseItems_Charname txt from another char.
Or could you please make "settings sharing" option?

Also when stucked bot use Garrison hearthstone and stays there... Stuck is till timewaste.

More down to the CR than the bot base. You will get killed a fair bit botting, so long as it's not ridiculous numbers of deaths like 0 kills 50+ deaths then it's not really worth worrying about.

CR's should have features to do this by casting instant cast spells on units about to die, i.e. warlocks shadowburn, shadow priests shadow word death etc.

Hmm pretty sure I made it so it would never leave a base undefended. Makes it too easy for the other team to steal your base.

Check under the movement tab for blackspots/blacklisted locations. Try deleting ashran ones out of there. It might have put in a blackspot automatically somewhere which is massively affecting the pathing.

The graveyard thing - not sure what you mean? It's running back to the GY at home base but not close enough to the spirit healer?

In domination BG's I have turned off defend bases. However, it doesn't affect the behaviour. The bot still often stands alone at flags defending. As a healer or someone gearing up this is sort of useless. I have enabled the option 'Move to base with most friendly team members' but it still seems to more often prioritize defending a base. I also noticed often when defending with 1 other person, as this person moves away the bot also does it leaving the base alone.

Also in Silvershard Mines BG, when the bot delivers a cart in for 5-10 secs just runs into the place where the carts are delivered which looks very bot-alike. Anyway you can blacklist running into these points and make the bot move out to other carts faster?

 

Was wondering if you could post some screenshots of the perfect BGFarmer configuration. Maybe a screenshot of each tab and the configs. More or less tailored to Random BGs. Thanks. I'm enjoying the Bot. Seems to be a tad better than bgbuddy.

I've searched the thread and tried to look into setup but not having much luck. The bot just stands in ashran and does nothing (I manually moved the toon into ashran before starting the bot). Is there something specific I should be doing? Attached a log file just in case you can see anything obvious there...

 

Vendor -> As said already, sometimes you need to reload honorbuddy to get the list to load.

Healer -> It'll dismount and heal the team when it can see the friendly team mates. Unfortunately due to the amount of phasing in Ashran it's not very quick to react.

Ignore items already owned does work, but you need to untick it then fetch items again.

Have you got the log file from where it's hearthstoned please? I'll check it out.

Can you post a full, unedited log file please?

If 'Defend Bases' is disabled then it shouldn't be hanging around at bases on it's own. Have you got a log file from where it's doing this please? Be good to see what the bot is trying to do (preferably with a time when it happened so its easier to find in the log).

Silvershard -> I'll have a look at this, agree that won't look very good.

It's good to have varying settings so all bots aren't doing the same things in BGs. Keeps you away from other bots

Not really sure what's happened there. Did you try restarting the bot? Also try repairing your gear manually then restarting Honorbuddy.

 

ashron bot needs some work

major issues
not running to some events when your faction is winning them
doesnt always stick with the group
runs into groups of the opposite faction and instantly dies (even as a healer)

 

Can you add an option that delays the character from going into bg with like 30-40 seconds? Ty!

 

Hi there. I'm having probnlems with merc mode; It does not attack ennemy players.
I tried restarting the game and bot, senabling and disabling merc mode and it still wont attack ennemies while merc mode is enabled.

Problems starts about:12:35:34.608

 

It'll only go to events if the rest of your group is going to them. Once the toon gets within a certain range of the event area it'll start to play the event's logic. It'll stick with the majority of players though - it won't go to the event if only a few players go.

Check your settings under BG Specific -> Ashran to see if you've got [in group] stay with party disabled. Also consider disabling other logic that would make your toon get away from the group.

Running into the opposition is just a by product of the area being phased, and the bot not being able to see other players until we're right on top of them. It'll only happen when crossing between phased areas. Not much I can do about that one I'm afraid.

You can set a custom delay from exiting the last BG, and entering a new one (on the first tab of the GUI), but the delay from the popup appearing to enter, and actually entering is just a random internal timer. Not sure of the benefit of making that configurable?

Ah, yeah Singular doesn't like mercenary mode. Try a different combat routine (preferably one that works in arenas).

 

Hey, first i'd like to thank you for the botbase. I've used it for a long time now and it's great.

I recently got a new pc with a higher resolution and it bogged up the settings screen to where I can't fix anything. I searched this thread and tried changing the dpi with no success. Has anyone here found a way to fix this problem?

That's exactly what I tried to do before I asked in here. I slid that scale slider through every setting and everything changed in size but the lettering within the bgfarmer frame is all scrunched up together. It's kind of odd for me considering everything else changed with scale including bgfarmer but the wording.

 

Yeah that's because of the theme that I'm using. Doesn't work well with 4K resolutions. I'm not entirely sure why though. I've not got a 4K monitor so I can't be of much use I'm afraid. It's definitely fixed through those DPI/window scaling settings.

Playing around with dynamic TPS scaling to match in game FPS. Seems to work pretty good. Less 'lag' in game.

Hi, while waiting for ToK the bot sometimes runs to the door and trying to run through it then it "glitches" a bit and moves to the left then right, looks very bottish.. Anyway for the bot to just stand still or not do that?

 

Have you got a log file where it's done that? Need to see why it thinks it's time to get out of the door

*Edit* If you don't have a log, then is it horde or alliance having the issue?
