Agreed. Either: 1) Ignore it and start playing "for real" for a good long time on that account (2+ months). 2) Deny. State something like "I always PVP while watching TV cause it is boring, so I follow people and hit walls and sometimes don't even notice it". And then point out that extortion is considered a bannable offense and if he doesn't leave you alone you'll report him. Your choice. Not really much else you can do. You're always at risk. Neither of the above are guaranteed to work but doing anything else WILL increase your risk.
