We changed our mind. Local nav is not working perfectly but it would have been done in a test release today after the patch update.

Allowing the software to work, is distribution. Might be badly translated by me into english, but i believe its forbidden too.

The whole injunction is written that lazy that it could mean ANYTHING.... that is why we need the court hearing in few days.

No. Even if they write this in the TOS/EULA where ever, you cannot force someone to a certain play style. If i chose to play with a bot i have the human rigth todo so. Everything else means discrimination of personal freedom.

Further does botting not affect the game in a bad way since the gold currecny will adapt and each sale Blizzard makes their share.

I think they are not violating ToS just by selling software that voiolates it, the one who runs D3 and click "accept" on TOS window is.

Blizzard needs to focus more on game improvement and making their fans come back not going after Bossland or Nerf Batting everything in the game. Blizzard needs someone to stick a huge bat up their arses...seriously...

Not sure how this holds up legally. I know nothing about law and all that but I see it like this:

Lets say your local drugdealer puts a big plate with cocaine and heroin in front of his door and next to it a lil paper saying: don't use this, its against the law and then expect to not get in trouble.
I know it's not the same but still...

The week(s) part scares me. I think most people can wait for a few days, even a week. But i doubt people will wait a month or more.

Wrong. You do not have the right to do so.

Blizzard is not forcing you to do anything, if you do not agree to their ToS and EULA, you can't play the game.

This isn't about discrimination and freedom dude lol
