I'm dissapointed to see thats theres a paladin CC been created in your SVN

 

Why would you be disappointed? I cannot understand why you would be disappointed when im releasing a fully working CC.

 

I'm done writing all the basics for the profile now. Now it doesnt double cast Soul Fire, it actually spams soul fire only when adding " LastSpell != "Soul Fire") " to it.

I only planned to release one more CC, which is why i made the poll in the first place. But because of many requests I decided to make a Paladin CC aswell.
I've now decided to make a 6th, and possibly my last CC! I chose Death Shade as it "won" the third place on the poll, and because its fairly easy to write.
I will release Death Shade tomorrow evening, and hopefully it will be a success!

I would recommend working on your already released CCs that are poorly functional first. they are "lazyraider" CCs and none of them sustain better DPS and Rotations than Felmaster or Singular, and also lack options like the ability to enable/disable CDs, AoE. In fact the DPS for a lazyraider CC, in a raid environment is pretty lackluster. I think you're spreading yourself a bit too thin creating a bunch of half-cocked CCs when you could focus on creating 1 good one at a time.

I saw you had released a Post on the "All in One" page and immediately facepalmed as I have already experienced the rushed poorly planned quality of your CCs..

 

Didnt get to vote, but Ret is definitely my vote. I cant find a good ret CC that competes with me actually playing...

 

Because te edited Truman CC is better and has options as well as singular. Why try to re-invent the wheel when people have already done it. It wastes momentum on the authors threads who actually worked very hard to create their CCs that function great and can use occasional touch ups. Not someone uses another authors code to create sloppy non-customizable linear CCs that often fail to maintain damage or even fail to work at all in a RAID environment.

Open his .cs and look at the coding. It is NOT his own code, buddy. I sure as hell do not see a reference anywhere in his posts to whom I'll leave un named for the time being.

So no, you are wrong there. Opening multiple different Authors CCs copying, patsting, re-coding to proper format is what you are seeing.

 

Isn't that the same thing you've done with the Truman CC that you edited?
If the authors agree to it and let you use the base for a CC, why start completely from scratch if you can work more on tweaking instead of just writing the base?
On every CC, he lists all who has helped him in some way with the coding

Shaddar updates the CCs all the time, when people tell him what is the problem.
I dont see any fault in making several CCs and then changing errors as they come.

Here, let me clarify for you. Taking code from singulars .cs and converting it to the code he took and used in his .cs. So no, think again.

 

Then i strongly suggest you not to use the CC if you are not satisfied with how well it performs.

 

The REAL hb devs have released Singular to the public with full rights for us to pull and use the code from it in anything we want.
The same goes for the Default plugins provided by the HB Devs.
Oh and if you are going to quote this saying the Shaddar is using mostly the Singular framework I'd like you to have a look at their ACTUAL running code.
Singular uses BEHAVIOR TREES. Shaddar's CCs dont! You are proven false.

So stop complaining and go make your own All-In-One, or a Single Class-Spec dedicated CC.

If you spent half as much time arguing with others about how they should run their projects, and started your own, you'd have a CC worthwhile.
Oh yeah... you don't want to learn how to code, you just want others to do it for you. My bad (not)


Shaddar has worked as hard as we wants to on his CCs because they are HIS. Not yours, or mine.
He has donated his time to give use more options on what to use with Honorbuddy.exe

How about we go back to the original Honorbuddy and have no third-party CCs on the forums.
1 CC that works for half the classes available in WoW and call it good.

Now kbrebel04, if you want something added to his CCs, just ask in the relevant thread.
Shaddar has been able to get the update within 24hrs of the request almost always.

Fanboys lack logic.

I don't claim rights to CCs I edit. That's the difference. Taking someone's cc, removing setting extensions and leaving nothing but the original authors code then editing and releasing calling it your CC does not make it yours. Which is what is going on here.


I can create CCs yes, but it is pointless when we have great CCs out so I provide all of my code reccomendations directly to the authors.


Calling stealing and rebranding "hard work" is a bit funny of you ask me.

Anyway, because you hate me so much i'll continue to make "half assed crappy CC's which doesnt work".
