Actually, the latest version of SimpleDK works fairly well. I use it while using MrAutoFight or the Combat/Heal bot that comes with HB. I haven't used Cimmerian because it hasn't been update since the trees were changed from 51 to 31 point trees. I try to use the most up-to-date CCs.
I appreciate anybody who shares his work on CCs here, it is quite a job ! Of course I tried SimpleDK a couple of times, but being Unholy, it does not work for me so well. Somehow it is way to slow, but maybe something is messy with my setup ? I ran a profile for 10 min each, the default cimmerian and simple dk, and default cimmerian killed about 1/3 more mobs in that time than simpledk, also I miss the great GUI of cimmerian - but I can imagine it is a lot of work and an update needs time....
The simple DK has terrible priority right now for dk's, at least cimmerian uses half decent spells right, i still use this then the simple DK
I can't understand why someone would speak negatively of a work in progress. If the rotations and priorities aren't right, then supply information to the creator so that the proper rotations can be coded instead of saying how bad it is, or how poorly it works, or talk about how much better one CC is over the other. It just doesn't make sense, really. Wasn't hard. It may even provide some information for all DK CC developers. I'll also post this over in the SimpleDK thread to assist in the improvement of the CC. I know I'm just spouting rubbish in most everyone's eyes, but I just get tired of everyone bashing one CC or another instead of trying to assist in the improvement and development.
Amazing in blood... I 2-3 shot everything at level 71 right now... Most I've seen it do was 6 enemies at once.
Sure, I'll get some picture of my blood setup sometime.. I did 55-82 in 4 days and 3 hours. I'll update my post once I get it up Then under Unholy, enable Bone Shield. Then under Pet, enable Death Pact at 40%
Mordd, great work, man. If you are continuing this project, then you should add an option to use Lichborne healing. Would make frost the fastest tree to level as. AMAZING job, though. Keep it up.
This CC is amazing. Switched from another DK Custom CC, and my XP/h raised from 240k/h to 440k/h. The mobs just get steamrolled. Edit: btw level 83 DK
I was going to get back on my dk but was lost on what spec or settings to get started. He is level 80 is everyone using frost to level now?
Indeed, it is the best DK CC out there...it is going to be amazing, once it gets the urgently needed update to include the new trees and spells !
I tried to put boneshield, runestrike and icebound fortitude in blood rotation, but cause of my lack of knowledge in coding things didn't work well >_< Mordd please update it for Cata ^_^
heyhey, thanks for the awesome CC! been using it for quite a while the bot acts like a total tool whenever my ghoul or bloodworms attack something though, it will just run to the next monster instead of finishing it off. SimpleDK has code that fixes this
