damn i know its not the place but seriously i tried like 5-6 buillds with exilebuddy and all of them die at 75 rare maps occasionally. Thats why cant level to 100 Even my old eb mom tanky mjol discharger died.
FYI VO's slam is 50% Fire 50% Phys, armor/resists are in the game to deal with this. Add to those a seething flask and you're good to go. lot of my bots are 90+, depends on a lot of factors, maprunner's blacklist and such.
What does the option ''Auto-grind levels'' mean? Also is there any way we could make the bot not open new instances? Chickening kinda means restarting some bosses and hinders progress
@Tonyx I know, it deals around 4k phys and 4k fire damage. When it crits, it's at least 8k each. So, area level is lvl 60. Assuming you have 75% phys and fire reduction at this level if you just quest through. That still requires 4k life to survive. I doubt you get phys. reduction to 75% and it's not easy to get 4k life at that level. Evading the smash manually is simple... but unfortunately teh bot doesn't do that. So there's a high chance of dying there.
no it's not how it's calculated, you can dodge the phys part, and reduce fire one with resistance. So if you have 50% fire res and dodge, you take 2k minus random passives allocations. for now the routine doesn't handle those things, but it's only a matter of time.
If you dodge, you don't take damage at all If you pop a ruby flask - before the animation or is that only for dominus? - you get your resis up to 85%. From the 8k crit fire damage you are still dealt 1.5k fire damage. To get 75% physical reduction on a 8k crit hit you'll need 240k armour. Let's say you have 20k armour at lvl 60 at vaal, that will give 20% DR. Hence you'll hit you for 6400 life . So, with 20k armour and 85% fire resis you'll still receiv 7900 damage -> insta-death Normal hits are survivable. Wiuth 85% fire resis you'll only get 600 fire damage and with 20k armour the phys. DR is about 1/3, hence 2666 damage. A total of around 3300 damage.
The whole thing goes back to This is a Quest Plugin, not a I don't want to do bosses because I'll get killed in hardcore because I cannot face tank something. That's what CR's are for. Which points to the reason why you asked for the option. Which points to what CR are for, and if you CR you wouldn't need it. IDK about you math for the DMG, there's no correlated facts to back up the numbers( no links from GGG or noteworthy links). Therefore I assume it is incorrect. But I could be wrong, if I am, sorry for wasting your time to prove a point.
As you say, it's quest plugin. Why not offer to options until which quests one would go (or which optional quests to do)? As for the math: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Vaal_Oversoul http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Armour
Because. People can barely install the plugin properly, let alone get it to work. Then I have to add some sort of checkbox/user handling control for every quest. No, that's not going to happen. As for Vaal. It's some random dude calculating, GGG never mentioned it to be correct. We all know how perfectly well GGG can calculate tooltip DPS.. http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/399260/page/2#p3546213 That's a pretty far post for math calcs. Especially since we know GGG is balancing here and there.. without official numbers, I can just throw out an educated number and that will probably get updated on the Wiki.
The Damage of Vaal Oversoul is pretty simple to calculate. Go facetank Vaal and let him hit out. Note how much damage you've taken. Repeat it a few time to get average damage. Then turn on purity of fire which will bring your fire resis up a bit more. Repeat. Since we know damage is 50/50 physical/fire, based on those few differences in percentage of fire resis you can calculate how much that made a difference in damage. Then you can calculate what the total fire damage would be and physical damage would be the same. So there's no reason to not go with about ~4k fire and ~4k physical damage with normal hit on merciless.
You missed the part about physical damage theory in this game. Tbh, I never died vs. vaal, maybe once because I didn't check my gear frequently enough to be sure of it but it's something about it. Vaal is weak, terribly weak. 1 normal & 1 seething/bubbling flask do the work. If your dps is too low, then you can only blame yourself and not the plugin. // EDIT // Also, take note that I'm/we are in the process of making QP an entire BOT, so the work on this one is slowly going down since most of the logic is working, only extra things to do. The build is a major factor in progression in this game, if the build is weak, it won't go far in the questline.
It's all tony. I'm just jerking off in the corner with ma $$$. Thanks to alcor and tony's hive module. Trading's never been so easy, when PoE gets auction house we're going to dominate.
Is there a way to use this jsut to rush to boss and kill and reset? If there is anything like that? I've been pretty gone since 1.3 I think you were the one who made a plugin like that for 1.3.
Quest Plugin ist working really nice at the moment *thumbs up* can you explain the "grind levels" and "debug" options? tried it. no effect. Is there still any advantage to manually change the the acts? As far as i have seen the plugin automatically switches from act 1 to 2 (after merveil killed) - even when act2 is unchecked The plugin has 1 simple task: proceed with unsolved quests. right? So the GUI isn't even needed (except side quests)
