This is an awesome idea and I'm testing it out now. Thanks so much for all your hard work. I've been trying to make a profile for Sethekk Halls and if I start inside the instance it will run it, go out and reset it but then it doesn't move or do anything and HB says "Activity: Combat" as it is standing at the outside entrance to the dungeon. I put the vendor outside of Shadow Labyrinth as the vendor to sell everything.
Anyone got a Sunken Temple skinning profile? But I wonder if sunken temple would be too complex to bot in...
I was planning to go to SFK and map out a profile, but after getting their I realized I couldn't because you have to talk to the NPC at the very beginning to open the door for you, unless someone knows a way to get HB to do this, was beyond my knowledge though. Same here, in Deadmines, before the boat you have to open the door using the gunpowder and cannon. Both events more complex than simply opening a door like the bundled plugin does.
Perhaps, like I said, it is probably possible just I couldn't figure it out, if anyone knows or has ideas, I would be glad to hear it.
Well with the release of Instancebuddy I've started trying to work at making an efficient way to powerlevel. So far I've made a SM Library profile that works flawless (solo at least, still working at getting my lowbies to tag along). Might do a little more testing just to make sure it consistently complete clears the entire dungeon then I'll post it here. Also, any ETA on implementing the wait on party to reset and run back in instance function? Would be incredibly helpful now that IB has is out.
Since instancebuddy is finally released, i can now decently implement support for it. So keep an eye out for an update to dungeonbuddy. And i can make supporting plugins to talk to NPC's & activate cannons etc, got a shacklekey & libram turnin working (which will also be released soon).
Tested out the new powerleveling function, working near flawless, have got nearly 10 levels on my RaFs in a few hours (including the time it took me to test and set it up!) Pretty sure this is the single fastest way you can level afk, especially if you use RaF I'm going to send him my profiles, but in the meantime, if anyone wants to try this out, here is my first profile, SM Library, lowbies can enter at lvl 20 and level all the way to the 30s with this one profile. 1) Put the contents of this archieve in your "\Plugins\Dungeonbuddy\Profiles" folder, 2) Select the profile on Dungeon Buddy options on all characters, on the lowbies tick the "Powerboost this char" box 3) Start all three HBs simultaneously inside the instance and profit! *edit* Don't enable looting on the lowbies causes a bug, if you must loot do it on the main char *edit* Decided the profile isn't quite working as good as I wanted, has problems with missing hotpoints do to chain pulling and detecting mobs through walls and running through the whole instance to get to them, will re-release it when I get it solved.
Hi I just downloaded Dungeonbuddy and I'm trying to use it with HB 1.9.6.3. I'm trying to use the dire maul north profile, but every time i start it it uses the underground tunnels to go to DM west, kills some things but doesn't loot them, then just jumps around next to the instance portal. If there's a way to make it just run DM north then I'd really appreciate it.
Did u select Dire maul North in the plugin settings? or did u load it with load profile? You should select the dungeon from the plugin settings. Also, horde or alliance? Dire Maul North works perfect, if you download the support plugins as well (doorbuddy is a MUST for DM north) Im not sure if the current version also mails the librams, i might have disabled that to have it farm continuously and turn it all in immediatly.
I tried it with selecting DM north from plugins and it worked like a charm . TY very much for the help and for making dungeonbuddy, it's really going to help getting insane in the membrane.
Is there a place here on the forums that has a list of all the available dungeon profiles for this? Seems to me that if we can get Ragefire Chasm, Wailing Caverns, Scarlet Monastery, Zul"farrak, and then Dire Maul, we'll be able to RAF power level our bots from 8 to 60 without leaving Kalimdore. Probably in 2 or 3 days. We basically just need the SM and ZF dungeons and we're good to go!
