If you go for mage be prepared to use lower level profiles than what their description say until you hit 64+ as mage usally have problems with survivability.
Hello nature.. Uh oh.... I?ll give up... And what abt shaman or priest?? My toons are Hunter and lock.. I like dps toons..... thats why I asked abt those. Tks for the fast reply.
it always depends on how you level up your char. For me it was pretty easy lvling my mage to 80 via instancebuddy. It took me about 8 days played! Just grinding while waiting for a group. A mage in an instance is almost the best thing you can have... just casting from behind, not adding anything and always having its own drinks/food. Questing with the mage was ok too, the only problems you have are quests in houses or where there just 1000 mobs in a tiny place so he adds everything.
I haven't seen Instancebuddy updated for the newest patches (i.e. 4.0.1 and 4.0.1a). I saw they were being updated to work at the moment though. Did I miss a release? I really wanna use Instancebuddy to boost my Justice points while I chat with my group buddies.
I?d like to buy the HonorBuddy and lvl up the new toon, Priest , Mage or Lock. But I did not read any post saying "HonorBuddy Full working with wow patch 4.XXX".... And that Instancebuddy must be *the code* Thanks..
Honorbuddy is working with 4.0.1 now. It's not 100% but it is working. It's still in testing. A lot of the CCs and plugins still need to be updated to the new system of wow and hb though.
Hello zeldrak.... Well after read your post I tried to buy by PalPay and at the end of transaction I received the msg "Your transaction has been cancelled!" Gonna check in any post here concerning this problem..... Thanks for the fast reply...
I have a rogue now, I can tell you it sucks. 1) Can't handle adds, no AoE till 80 unless your combat spec. 2) Squishy, very low survivability if you're not subtlety. 3) While it's true that rogue is quite a good DPS, they tend to get hit harder than they hit. Conclusion: Don't ever bot a rogue unless you can gear him up with heirlooms and stuff.
Paladin for sure. Can wear plate armor, has decent DPS, gets AoE spells from very early levels and has self healing - If you ask me it's a no brainer.
Planning to bot a pally soon Can someone with pally-botting experience tell me if I must get heirlooms? Farming 2k JP is a pain in the ass.
Once you can get mutilate you really shouldn't be having trouble anymore. I'd always Mut -> Mut -> KS -> Mut -> probably dead. I would maybe lose 1-2k hp per mob but that's it, easily regained by the next mod.
I'm losing 2~4k hp per mob on average Most probably due to bad gear, I dont have any heirlooms on my rogue. I also hand-play PvP more than questing. (and that's the reason why I'm trying to find a stable 70-80 horde questing profile D
I have to go for Warlock. In most bots I've used there's always been good lock CC's, for one. This means i can bot with no downtime at all at high efficiency. A CC in Glider let me mass-pull 4 mobs at the time at lvl 60 affliction with almost no downtime. With the CC in Shadowbot, I could easily grind +5 level mobs. This made it very simple to set up simple grind profiles that covered many levels. For instance, I only needed 3, easy profiles to bot from 68-80: 68-71 on 70-71 mobs, 71-75 in Zul-Drak on lvl 75-76 mobs, and from 75-80 on the edge of Scholazar Bazin with lvl 80 mobs. Both profiles ran for days with no vendor or repair at all, but a decent stack of food (demo lock). I have not levelled a lock with HB, but the CC seems really good and would easily match the experience I've had from other bots.
Paladin, hands down. If I had a bot army like bossland, it would be 80% paladins, 20% druids (miners = pallies, herbers = druids -- but druids require a lot more gear and time at computer generally) Prot paladin my geared profile, or Ret it if you have good gear. If you have noob gear, use the noob profile. Either way, paladins are hardcore botters!
