      I've used this one once and it was all good...

      You can also have a ISP problem, or a hardware problem, maybe your WoW is crashing for some unknown reason after the update... I don't know, get creative!

      i just tell them i have time Warner cable. then they all understand how shity my internet can be sometimes XD
