It's a random bug with the object query - nothing I can do about it. EDIT: Sorry, miscommunication on my part. 1. There's a bug w/the object query where Strong Creatures (or other dead mobs) nearby don't come up in the resultset - that - I can't do anything about. 2. Bio and Scav on an eligible corpse - I've extended the Interact() wait from 3.5 to 4 seconds. Even with that, if you have to do some moving to get to the corpse where 'lag' results (as in with lag with the game, where you get a 'burst harvest') - you may still miss.
Fair enough. That makes sense as they were Strong creatures. Any way to make "ScanForNodes" work even if you aren't using "DoRandomGrind" and you are using the quest bot (works fine as is if you're just using the combat bot)?
From everything I've seen, the 'default node-scanning' should run fine with either Combat Bot or a quest profile, in all my testing/running I've never had a problem with it. The DoRandomGrind node-scanning I HAD to code for, since the code pretty much overrides all activity? So you're saying you're not getting nodes with CombatBot or questing? I haven't had that issue...
Well the bot seems to be having issues picking up anything unless I literally run right over it. So there might be something else going on. Otherwise, everything else has been going swimmingly as far as your code goes.
So I don't know if it's the latest version of BW or if it's the CC, but the bot no longer seems to see enemy targets while it is in quest mode. It'll just plain run straight through a group of 2-5 mobs without kicking into combat mode until they attack first. If I manually target them before the bot gets to them, then combat starts just fine.
It happens with WeakestTarget and without WeakestTarget (with the "Auto Target closest enemy" option set correctly for either option).
You might want to make sure all your Windows Updates are in-place and that your .Net is up-to-date as well - just ran thru testing again and I'm not having the issue... Sorry.
Everything is and I've rebooted multiple times. No matter what I do on Hoth the bot just ignores everything until it is too late. I'm hoping it might just be a Hoth specific thing.
That's a good question. I feel like an idiot not knowing the answer. I'll try it out the next time I'm in.
God i hope you make a spec for the operative soon, cause it annoys me that it doesn't attack when i'm mounted with the default combat is there anyway to make it attack even if mounted?
Did - posted it last night. Operative, Medicine - part of the most recent build. BUT - it's a lowbie - so it'll fight (and although it's lowbie it seems to do it pretty damn well so far) - but I need to level s'more before I try and 'cap out the spells'.
