if hb wins it just means that blizz will work on detecting it

 

Its called a patent and it is sold to other companies and they pay a premium to manufacture stuff that works with the original creator

 

This made me lol, its like alot of 13 year old kids are posting in here. HB infringes on blizzards ToS. It is not legal, the only thing it has going for it is where the case will be tried and the law surrounding it. Do not think for a moment blizzard losing this case means they pack up and say oh well guys we tried... Blizzard cares alot about negatiting botting they will continue to persue it... at all costs... just will cost them more and they will come down harder on everyone.

 

fr3357... BULLSHIT. It's German law now. American law does not apply unless it's through a international agreement. Legality in any court case is first and foremost. There is SO MANY wrongful law suits filed "legally" that end up being unconstitutional. And in Germany...it will be swift process and decisions will be made. fr3357... Your posts sounds condescending and you sound like you side with Blizzard... If that's the case...I wonder why you are even in a botting community in the first place??? HB/Bossland and the Bot'Community loses anyway because if Blizzard wins HB is gone, if Bossland wins Blizzard will put so much effort in detecting bots and programmes like that. botting wont be the same after 28th of february. Hope you can archieve the Success or atleast to stave of the verdict Im quite new to the bot and havent archieved my goals yet.

Don't you think if blizzard could do that, they would be already? Instead of trying to sue/c&d 500(Exaggeration) companies across the world?

Dont you think its much easier to just kill the developers tools instead of let a team of worker exploring to detect bots or find hints to detect them to stop every bot which all may have different coding etc? Because to put them down they have always the same shit for the lawyer's no matter how they are written , they just say against our terms.

 

So why will botting not be the same after the 28th of February?

 

You have 2 solutions:

Blizzard wins -> Bot gone for that moment.
Blizzard loses -> Only way to stop it -> more protection , let a team develope a better detection etc.

Thats not what i said Because there will always be a Bot with different Scripting or whatever you can call that, that Blizz wont ever be able to detect them all. They just sue every Bot because its much easier they just have to write: they use programmes against our terms. Thats why working on detection is less effective than just sue everyone.

 

Unless everyone fights back like honorbuddy is. You'd think because glider got shut down, it would be easy for blizz to shut down HB, but it isn't really that simple. If it's prevented in Germany, bot makers will move their base to russia or china or wherever, it'll never end.
