A quick update before I go to bed.

Pet micromanagement, you choose when to cast your pets special abilities.





Crowd control, the smart way. Choose if you want full on crowd control or if you want to ignore adds if your pet has sufficient aggro.






EDIT: For you PVPers, I took this into a few BGs today and I must say I was quite surprised just how well it worked. Its certainly not going to win you the top DPS position, but it handles well enough. There is BASIC PVP support build in to the hunter, *IF* I was going to fully support PVP I would have segregated PVP and PVE logic instead of trying to integrate it all into one logic tree.

 

The time has come for some closed beta testing.

This beta will be different from my last ones in that I am only testing ONE specialization right now, and that is Beast Mastery in PVE questing / grinding ONLY.

I don't care if you have a level 90 SV / MM Hunter and are the top PVPer on your server or that you raid 24/7 and you are always top DPS. I am only looking for tests who meet the below criteria

If you have a BM Hunter and meet the following criteria please reply to this thread.

* Characters between levels 70-89
* You MUST have experience playing a hunter yourself. I do not want anyone who does not know the class well.
* Be on Skype, or setup a Skype account.
* Know what beta testing is.
* Be able to provide detailed and constructive feedback.

 

I would LOVE to test it (I really have missed your CC's).

* However my hunter is lvl 90 - altho I do alot of grinding/questing with it still (no farming since I don't have any gather proffesion on this char).
* This have been my main since TBC - I know the class like the back of my hand.

* I have been known to be able to write.

Hey FPS,

I used to run your CCs across most of my alts, so if i can give back in any way that would be great.

Currently have 2 hunters, lvl 85 and lvl 88
Leveled 1 by hand, BM spec, and raided as other specs, second hunter leveled as a farmer.

Will this have movement (questing/bg buddy afk) or just Lazyraider (pve and pvp?)

 

Reading what he have posted so far and looking at what he asked for in his beta-request, I say its a fair guest that this CC (as all of FPS others CC's) will be with moving etc.

 

Just realized that one of my farmer toons is lvl 85 hunter (BM of c).
Would love to test the beta with it.

Damn wish I had a hunter in the lvl range you need tested but I only have lowbies and 90's right now, ill try to smash a char up and get into right lvl range for testing!!!!!

 

I don't have a hunter between 70-89, but if you want I can look at the rotation and give my thoughts on it. I've been working on my own Hunter CC's for quite a while now and should know a thing or two, at least about BM hunters. So yeah, let me know.

 

Instance DPS optimization underway. Currently (mostly) placing top DPS in heroics on an item level 450 Hunter.

Plenty of instance / raid specific logic working its magic!

 

Hi there... Playing Hunter since 2005 as my Main but yes, he is 90 so not exactly what you are looking for

But if u need more Testers, I would like to be part of it

 

Using Cobra Shot a lot towards the end of the fight refreshing serpent that still has tick time available maybe a 40% target HP Check and something to check serpent time left?

 

Cobra Shot is a filler spell, it will use that when nothing else is suitable.
