Please provide any logs about my key losing connection to Auth or and handshake attempts that may be logged so i can analyze the data. As explained previously, for me every night AEST the bot loses Auth and goes down for me anywhere from 3-6 hours and the following morning works again without any clearing etc required. This issue stemmed/started from the last update. If you read all my posts you will see i have even formatted my pc and gone to extremes to rectify this issue
there are no issues on our auth servers and as you can see you are the only guy reporting such issues so it has nothing to do with our servers i gues
humor me and provide me the data, i recently changed to T5 Fibre connection and if its not auth and not me i need data to shove up them. Because now its working again, but you watch just like every night it breaks (something) and then i can connect again in the morning
we dont have access to that kind of data and even if we did or even if we logged it (and i doubt we do) we would not be able to provide it to you.
Well here, its 6:30pm and as usual its down for me again! [08:24:19.425 D] Exception when attempting to download SMVAllianceGarrisonLevel2_31_28: System.TimeoutException: This request operation sent to net.tcp://eu1.auth.buddyauth.com:5031/AuthService.svc did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:10:00). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/proxy to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client. Tony i would agree with you however when i try using a completely different provider using a 4g mobile tether from a complete different provider its the exact same result. Every night it goes down and when i wake it up its working again. i have a test in mind and ill test in when it goes down to post results
Well again around the same time its down, the test im doing is changing fibre providers to a more reliable service at double the cost. It will be connected next week some time, as an interim i have built a secondary desktop machine which i will install win 8 and see if the issue persists. Expect a report in 24 hours as currently i cant login again and i have fresh install of HB all products disabled in store and have tried in dx 9 and 11 with same result
I have created a skype account, however my issues will start at 6:30ish pm AEST to 1am AEST so just keep that in mind.
looks like i missed you on Skype again, i have messaged you on Skype to. Ill be available 11am - 12pm Athens, Greece time for your convenience as you requested Skype/Teamviewer.
Hey Tony can you get on skype, its now doing it during the day it seems as i have been trying to get on for maybe an hour with no luck. Im sick of rebooting and uninstalling reinstalling etc.. this is no longer my issue to troubleshoot as i have gone above and beyond.
