I'm not very comfortable following this bit of advice since it's so obvious this looks like a bot with all the stop/starts at waypoints, but I went down to the coast of Uldum where there is very little traffic and ran a smaller profile there just to test it. I let it run down and back and then start the entire routine again before I stopped it. It paused at every single waypoint along the way. I stopped HB, and restarted it running a different CC with no new results to report. I realize I have posted updates in several different threads but I'm just trying to help since HB is currently unusable for me for any type of gathering. Here is a log of the test run I did following the advice of Hawker. I hope it helps you guys resolve this issue for those of us that it is effecting.
I don't think it's latency. If it is, it's nothing we, as users, can control. I say this because it is doing the same thing from two machines and with different profiles. I think it's silly to think our profiles are too huge when part of what makes HB great is the ability to run long, complex profiles. It's like telling us 'don't use a feature, then it will work'. Two computers did the same movement problems with gatherbuddy on a few different profiles. I switched to an older version of HB and it works fine. Unless there is something causing the authentication servers to be wonky with the new version, it's not latency if the old version works perfectly fine with the same configuration and the 'huge profiles'. I do not have this problem with grindbot on grinding profiles, just on GB2 with gatherbuddy profiles and only the newest version of HB. Perhaps make the older version of HB available still for those of us that have this exact issue.
It's a fairly huge issue because we're unable to do any gathering (the main reason a lot of us use the bot) until it is fixed.
