anyone knows how to get a refund from blizz ? like the best way to have the highest chance ? i just bought it 2 or 3 days ago
You might be in trouble, I attempted to get a refund today, they wouldn't do anything because it was with a suspended account. They wouldn't even take the Legion expansion and put it on another WoW license on that same email.
I doubt it. Took some minutes before I received mine compared to many others so don't feel too safe yet. I highly doubt I have been reported as I have mostly been using it in my Garrison (no players) and as a routine while farming pets (Hunter) and farming rares. So there is no real way for others to have been reporting me.
I have been around many years and always loved using Honorbuddy. Real shame to see another ban wave come through. I hate to say it but it looks detectable. Real shame as I gave it one last chance when they thought things where figured out. Its a cat and mouse game and the mouse lost once again. I have been meaning to play more console games and I think this is a great time to do so
You should be able to talk to customer service and have it refunded. If they deny you make sure to keep a copy of the conversation. Since they have not delivered a product to you then they aren't supposed to be able to deny a refund. *Edit* Assuming you are talking about legion pre-order. If you are talking about the battlechest your best bet is using Chargeback with your Credit Card company or Paypal.
im wondering, all time the users cry cause of bans, i NEVER got hit by a banwave, and ive HB since ~7 Years, maybe its because i use it only for Enyo in PVE Raids and dont do other fishy stuff ^^ I Think the most of you are reported by other players or something.
I was looking forward to Legion, but as one can't use Honorbuddy without being banned every 3-6 months these days I guess I have to give it a pass. I could always grab a new Battle Chest and get a character going, but I do not enjoying playing the game without Honorbuddy so there is no point at this rate. I don't really blame Bossland for getting banned. But the past year has been really hard on this community. All these huge banwaves is pretty much killing the entire community as no-one can use Honorbuddy any longer without expecting to get banned within the next 6 months anyway. So what' the point? No matter how "safe" one tries to be, one can't seem to be able to avoid these banwaves any longer. These banwaves takes a great toll on all the developing community for the bot as well. As Honorbuddy get less attractive due to the increase in banwaves, less people stick around and that includes developers providing content through the BuddyStore. With less developers, the bot has less value and all this brings the community down even further. I have no clue what might cause these banwaves. But obviously, something is not right. If we go back two years, we could bot 24/7 pretty much all the time without breaking a sweat. The only way one could get banned was by being reported by other players and botting like a fool. But these days it seems like no matter how safe you are trying to do things, even if you are just using Honorbuddy only as a combat routine while you play yourself you still get struck by these bans every few months now. Something needs to change, otherwise this project is pretty much dead in the water in a very short time.
What is this suppose to prove? It does not prove that you have been botting for the past 7-years. It does not prove that you have (eight?) accounts that are not banned / suspended. It doesn't really prove anything.
