There are no mobs that are attacked or that drop anything where this patrols. Level 440-475.

 

check the update news on first page! but you need to complete The Coffer of Promise (wowhead)

O wait you have other problem i see but yeah it is in Mount Hyjal where you are but you need complete all quest there for new patrols. That is maybe the problem
