Questing worked for me, but for some people they are experiencing too many deaths for questing to be worth it. Grinding works perfectly all the way up and they have HUGE grind zones. If you want to use questing, and have issues with the profile downloaded from this profile, I suggest you use the QuestOrder version of the profile that is included in the Horde-Project 1-80.
I'm alittle confused on this... I downloaded your Questorder version and let it run me from 68-71. It did about 10 quests total in that time. I downloaded this Forcedquest version because it seemed to have alot more quests. I started it at level 71 in warsong hold. It grabbed all the quests it could then went to grind. Didnt attempt to do any of the quests. Am I missing something?
You are probably doing everything correctly. HB will never be able to do even a third of the quests available to a person actually playing their toon. I wish that I could make a profile that would quest all the way with very little grinding, but it will never be possible. This will do all of the quests that HB can complete. Unfortunately it still leaves a bit of grinding. The ForcedQuestList will save the grinding for when you are done with the quests for the zone. The QuestOrder will space out the grinding and quest in between. Questing in my eyes is just something to help avoid a ban. Assuming you don't trip any of their server side alarms, questing will give the bot a more human look when and if your toon is every reviewed by a GM.
Technically yes, it does 3 quests more. I had to remove them from the quest order profile. But the real answer is not really. The questorder is just the quests my bot completed when I made the forcedquest list profile, in the order that it completed them.
Level: 68 Gear Quality:Heirloom and AutoEquip Where I started it: Right when I got off the Zepplin. What it did well: Grinding is Flawless! Did the first few quests perfectly as well. Where the flaws began: Loot Crazed Hunters.. wherever they are there is this leet mob that my warlock failed to kill.. several times. Current Status: It got to the mammoths, my pet had an Area-Taunt on and it was pulling everything and dieing consistantly. Turned that off and another Leet.. Lucky-something kept killing me, as well as nearby wooly mammoths. Turned off Questing and it grinded them fine. Currently grinding at level 69 with no flaw. Question: When do you think is a good time to turn on questing again?... Next Zone? Zul'Drak like you are proud of?.. I kinda want it to quest and to do the few quests there. BTW... love the profile for its grinding
Its in borean tundra till 73, if your having issues at 68, grind to 70 to see if the new skills help. Should be able to complete all of the quests in less than a level or so.
Jon could u give me some advice where I am going wrong there. Using the QuestOrder version from 1-80 horde. Wanted to use this at level 70 fresh at warsong hold. Rather than doing the first quests it goes straight for the grind to 71 on bloodpsore plains. Why is it not doing the Warsong Hold quests first? What do i need to change to make it start from the start of the profile?
Noted. Had a look in the xml . It doesn't so ANY of the listed quests. Grind to 71. Grind to 72. Etc. NO QUESTING at all. Tried using this forcequest list and just bugs out on the long stairs in warsong hold.
Well I haven't looked at the XML but from 68+ it quested till 71. With Heavy REQUIRED supervision as it was terrible. Grinding is ok till 71 and then it tries to kill a bunch of leets and your in debt repair bill wise. Really not a good profile and I've got more luck with PVP leveling. When I'm away I plan on using another grinding profile.
True. I use PVP weekends mostly to level characters by about 10 levels. Please can someone tell me why my level 70 decides to skip all the warsong hold quests? And all quests for that matter?
I cant help you with why your bot isn't doing any quests, but HB is only able to do 3-4 quests in warsong hold and those are the initial few and the transfer quests.
Your bot could not have completed "Argent Crusade, We Are Leaving" - because it has to actually click on (talk) to the Argent Crusade guys out there. It doesn't do this.
"Dreadsaber Mastery: Becoming a Predator", "Rhino Mastery: The Test", "Crocolisk Mastery: The Trial". Those all have pre req that this profile does not do (quest order version)
The ForcedQuestList profile works for some, it does not for others. The QuestOrder version works for some, but not for others. Questing is always going to have issues. Grinding is really the only way to level up without any issues. The ForcedQuestList version will grind you to 80 with no issues other than what you would expect from any profile.
