Having problems appealing a ban.Any tips?

i never boted tell after i got baned for boting. i said almost word for word what you said in emails to them. its been over 4 months sense my original account got baned, and i never boted on it. i had that account sense 13 days after launch 3 90's and 10 85+ toons ove 9k achive points 300k gold. and i will continue to email them once a day tell i get my account back. so sense i can get baned for not boting i got one for my new account. I hope the best for you. i know how hard it can be to lose all that time.
