Turned off Framelock, disabled all WoW plugins and Wow back to DX9, same problem I am getting desperate.

At the moment I am not running anything listed on the Helpdesk pages. The only active program is iexplorer (to keep an eye on this thread ) I have already tried running WoW/HB with all unneeded processes unloaded, but to no avail. But these processes were also running prior to the update... and at that time WoW/HB performed without any issues.
Sorry but the installation of, and any connection through Skype is blocked by policy on this (office) machine... If you have an alternative means, I will check if I can install that on this machine
Threadname is obsolete by now since i am using the latest Beta v2.5.10726.634, but the problem I am facing is still there... Nothing showing up in HB log, but windows is reporting the following (see attachment). Your help is greatly appreciated
