HB ARCHIVES: Cava?s Profiles--DO NOT DELETE

Fresh install of HB I mean... You also need to wipe out some of the WoW data and stay logged out for a bit...

I wrote a batch script to delete all of mine, usually run it before I start playing....

Thanks! I did delete the Wow\Cache, but not Wow\Data\Cache or BattleNet Cache. I literally, REINSTALLED HB lol

Alright, closed HB + Game Client. Dumped all the proper Cache folders and such (per your previous post). Going to let it sit for 15 minutes while I walk the dog. When I get back, should I actually start the bot or just let everything sit, HB + Wow until wow logs me out for inactivity?

 

Start the bot like you would and let it do its thing. Dont touch anything... After a while it should kick back into gear and start doing its thing. If not, post a log.

 

I really appreciate you trying to help me out and continually responding so quickly Hell-Razor! I did as you suggested and its been sitting here since around for nearly 30 minutes. Attached is log.

Hrmm I am out of ideas. It still says loading. Maybe tony will jump in or the god Cava himself.

 

Do you have the quest "Scounting Report" in your log? If so can you stop the bot, drop it then restart? or if you dont have it try and stop the bot, pick it up, and restart?

 

Yeah, it randomly displayed "Loading Tiles" now at the bottom of HB's window, so we shall see if I wait another half hour. I am not sure what happened on my desktop too. I didn't change characters or anything and Cava told me its useful to dump cache if you change botbase, characters, etc. But, didn't... so I would anticipate it would work. Right now I am still trying on laptop, but I tried same thing on desktop and its sitting there still too..

 

Loading Tiles means its loading whatever it needs to to continue on. May be on track here. But as far as me getting back to you quickly, not going to happen. I am going to bed and work tomorrow.

 

AH HA! I just saw your post about the quest, I didn't have it. It was in the middle of it yesterday and I had to get off (go to bed myself) so I stopped it and I guess it doesn't like that! I went and manually picked it back up, started Bot up and it went right to work! Thanks man, how do I tip you!?! lol

Cava's Profiles lvl 1 to ....

I messaged you on skype around the time it happened. Once I manually got the quest it started working perfect and went from 85-87 in about 3 hours. kudos cava

As far as log went, I copied everything within the log file, except for the loading tiles segment I just pasted before attaching all the logs. Now I know better for future.

 

I have a question about the downloading mesh/loading tiles message. Is there any way to speed up the downloading of this? I have a very slow net, so it seems to take forever to get past these phases. My mesh folder in appdata\local is 144 megabytes....and on that note should that be the location of the mesh folder anyway?

This is likely a more general HB question, but I will answer.

I do not believe there is any method you can utilize to speed up the downloading of mesh/tiles. I have 1Gbps full-duplex (not Google) and it takes a while for them to load, but only after I clear cache.

I have my mesh path in AppData as well. You can modify it in BitSettings dialog.

 

Thanks! I ended up SVN downloading the entire mesh (900 megabytes), just to save me the trouble. Also, you're right about it being off-topic, sorry about that.

 

Again problems at the dark portal m8.

Even when starting bot, total reload, in Hellfire.

Even when doing the first 5 by hand and standing in HH starting the bot, total reload

and start of plug-in, goes back to sw and then to ... darkshire and??? dunno, stopped it there and

moved it back to HH.

Theres no problem whatsover using your plugin besides this one, and every time, it messes up at dark portal entry.

On my server, the portal is heavy contested.

So the second you pop out of the portal, your dead and that x100 day and night.

Thats why i tried to ran in and survive. but there was no way since the bot ran back out.

Goin kicks then till 60 and then cava again.

Since your profiles are far superior above the mentioned one.

 

Now that I've got this working properly, I gotta say this profile is just gorgeous. Thanks so much for this Cava!! Nothing against kick's, but the streamlined leveling (with no unnecessary looting ect) is perfect for what I need.
