I speak about the error from the log. About the shaman, i remember we had a similiar issue in the past with some customclasses like ShamWoW. I can't say if the 2 are related , right now.
If it is the custom class, is there one you can recommend to make this work with the shaman class. The 2 that come with honorbuddy, both singular and shamWoW, do not work (if it is indeed the custom class at fault).
quick question, are you going to get EXP for fishing too? If yes, how are they calculated and what are the criterias for this?
No XP for fishing afaik. Anyone else having the problem that the bot won't loot the fish 100%? Auto Loot is on, got the Fishing Buddy Addon running but i didn't have that problem last time i fished and AutoAngler upated itself in between, so not sure if it's a bug or a error on my end ^^ Edit: Deactivated all addons, still missing some loots... Edit 2: Nevermind, the log said that it took too long to pulse, deactivated one plugin (DS Helper) and it's working again *sigh*
laria, There were issues with fishing when AutoAngler1 was first released, but those were fixed back in 2010 according to my change notes. I've also leveled several characters fishing using both AutoAngler and Mr. FishIt with no problems, although haven't touched fishing in well over 6 months so the potential for a new issue is possible, but there are no lingering ones that I am aware of. Quiksmage, There are no current issues in using AutoAngler2 with ShamWOW that I am aware of. The version of ShamWOW "included" with HB is a very old version that for some reason still lingers in distributions. You should always download the current version of ShamWOW from [CLICK HERE]. I just ran several quick tests with the following fishing bots and here are the results: AutoAngler2 - Worked perfectly with Pool Fishing = false (so no profile required.) ProfessionBuddy - Worked perfectly with [PB] [H] 1-525 Fishing Orgrimmar Profile. Mr.FishIt - Worked perfectly. At this point there doesn't appear to be an issue. Again, completely fresh installation. Download honorbuddy Download ShamWoW (from your link) Download AutoAngler2 Place them all in their appropriate folders Set poolfishing to false Start Honorbuddy select CC Nothing is happening This only happens on my shaman. Every other class works. Mounting up causes the bot to dismount and cast a fishing line which it never attempts to loot nor casts it again. Log attached from completely new untouched installation.
Is there just a .zip file for AutoAngler 2 or do you have to use the SVN thing?? I'm new all this and the SVN is confusing as hell at the moment... Can someone link the .zip for me so i can find me a turtle mount!?
Wanted to also add that Mr.Fishit bot base works as well as Professionbuddy. This issue is exclusive to autoangler.
I too am having problems on my shaman. I have tried different profiles and different custom classes but it either just stands there. or jumps in the water in the pool and jumps around.
Is there a better alternative to pool fishing? Because so far this doesn't actually do anything. The only time I got it to work it stood in org and fished off the dock. I want to pool fish various spots in Twilight.

Update: Have tried shamwow as custom class and singular. Neither work. And I can use my warrior with singular CD and it works fine! Please help us out with this.
Is there another way to get this instead of installing tortoise.svn? I'm not able to install it on my PC, it tells me that my version of windows is too old. I'm using windows XP... Any tip to get this botbase? Thanks in adance.
Quick question. If i want to use this to fish up the Dark Herring, can i goto Howling Fjord, load this addon up and start fishing? I ask this because i am currently in Sholazar going for the turtle and its working flawless. I guess the same idea can be said for fishing for the cata feast mats. Thoughts? One of the best bots ive used. Fished up the goldscale venderfish after 8000ish catches, fished up magic crawdad without really trying, now working on the turtle. next is the dark herring and the weekly contest.
Hey. I've tried to follow the guide step by step (i'm a newb at this). for some reason when I open my honorbuddy in-game I can't find any Combo bot what so ever to get this bot going. besides I have two files of Honorbuddy. 1 normal folder which I can't open. and another folder honorbuddy.exe from Winrawr which runs the honorbuddy. I can't follow the guide-line in winrawr since it doesn't show anything about SVN. what do I do? just want this fishing bot to work
This confused me to, but this is what i did. How To Install from SVN Download and install TortoiseSvn -----http://tortoisesvn.net/ Download/install this. Create a new folder called AutoAngler2 in the Honorbuddy/Bots/ folder Right-click on the AutoAngler2 folder and select SVN Checkout When you Right click on the AutoAngler2 folder you will see "SVN Checkout..." click that, paste 'https://autoangler2.googlecode.com/svn/trunk' In the 'Url of Repository' field enter the SVN link that is at the of this page and press OK Start HB. In the bot selection combo box select 'AutoAngler' Load one of the many pool fishing profiles found on Honorbuddy forums Set Mail Recipient to your alt if you want it to use mail.(profile needs a mailbox for this to work) Press Start
