      Hi, Spacecabbie,

This is a feature request captured by HB-242 ("Make AutoAngler2 use Nat's Hat and Bip's Bobbing Berg?"). As a reminder, feature requests generally take lower precedence than bug reports. No ETA, but its on the radar.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Glacious,

Your problem could be due to any number of reasons. If you still need assistance, attach the log that captures the issue.

      cheers,

Hi, Twow, and many thanks for the log.

I just made a fresh installation of .724, and installed AutoAngler2 using the following process:
      • Made a folder called .../Honorbuddy/Bots/AutoAngler2/
      • Right-click the new "AutoAngler2" folder and select "SVN Checkout..."
      • Copy and Paste the AutoAngler2 repository link?https://autoangler2.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/?into the first box of the Subversion "Checkout" dialog box, and press "OK"
      • Started Honorbuddy, and selected the AutoAngler2 bot
      • Away we go with stationary fishing
I encountered zero problems while doing this. I'm at a loss to explain why you are encountering AutoAngler2 compile errors if you are following this exact process also.

Also, you appear to be using a profile that uses the MrFishit Quest Behavior, instead of AutoAngler2. It looks like the profile is fishing just fine.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Any chance of adding a tag to blacklist a particular school? Need to blacklist one type and would rather not get the object ID for each and every other Pandaria pool. (Especially since there are three for just about all the fish...(Tiger Gourami - Item - World of Warcraft)

Same Problem here. I have attached some logs.
      They both contain

      Code:
      INACTIVITY TIMER TRIPPED! LOGGING OUT!

which seems to cause that issue.

So I guess this Honorbuddy related and not AutoAngler itself?

Settings and Tools --> uncheck "logout for inactivity" seems to (dirty) fix it ...

AutoAngler seems to be using the human trinket "Every Man For Himself" excessively, such as when it drops off a mount into water, or is already in water trying to jump to the surface with Path of Frost on. It even does it while I'm flying between hotspots, causing my toon to plummet to his death. Can we get an option to disable racial abilities please?

      Edit:
Also, can you please use the ForceMail.xml in the HB folder for deciding on items to mail? I had to remove all of the types of fish/ore/cloth/leather, etc.. in MoP fishing from the ProtectedItems.xml file in order to get the mailing feature working properly. As a result now, if I have these items in my bags when using a different bot base, they will be vended.

Hi, Siriuz, and MANY thanks for these logs.

We've opened HB-512 ("AutoAngler2 seems to be inadvertently tripping Inactivity Timer") against the issue. Highvoltz has looked for this once before and was unable to replicate it. So, the logs are very important to isolating the issue.

If any others have logs of this problem, it would be very much appreciated.

      cheers,
      chinajade

[UPDATED 26-Feb-2014-15:18UTC by chinajade]: AutoAngler2 should have repaired the AFK issue in v2.113. Please make certain you are running v2.113 before reporting this problem again. And as a reminder, if you are having any issue, you must attach the full log for us to analyze your problem.

      Hi, Skv0,

We've added your recommendation to HB-242 ("Make AutoAngler2 use Nat's Hat and Bip's Bobbing Berg?"). HB-242 is a feature request, and thus very low priority in the overall scheme of things that need to be addressed.

      cheers,

      Hi, Deserter,

We believe you are using some kind of plugin or WoWclient addon that is causing your problem. If this is not the case, please attach a full log that captures the issue.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Valkafar,

No. The machinery provided is sufficient for all needs?even if it is not optimal. After you do it once, its simple cut-n-paste for any future profiles you want to write.

Additionally, if an 'exclude'-element was added, collisions between 'include' and 'exclude' would have to be resolved. User's could get careless and include and exclude the same pools that result in unexpected behavior. In short, it would cause waaay more support issues than leaving it the way it is.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Smithxx and Zaphry,

There is absolutely no chance of assisting you with problems like this, unless you attach the full log file that captures the issue.

      cheers,

The problem is that it doesn't create log file.

Having to check it tomorrow, I deleted all log files from the folder, tried bot again and it logged out again and shut down bot. After that there wasn't log file in the folder.

I'm having the same issue as zaphry.
It automaticly logs off after 10-15mins of stationary fishing.
      Havent tried with pool-fishing yet.

I have provided a few logs.

"(Singular) (Singular) info: 1201.3 seconds since BotBase last called Singular (now in OnBotStop)" seems to be the last line before quitting \ crashing ?

So singular is the issue ?

      regards,
      dmbardal

Hi, Dmbardal, and many thanks for the logs.

Please be certain your WASDQR keys are set to their default bindings. We've also opened HB-512 ("AutoAngler2 seems to be inadvertently tripping Inactivity Timer") against this issue.

      cheers,
      chinajade
