Hi, Eepohno, The profile has absolutely no contribution to gearing decisions or quest reward selection. Please open a new post in the Support forum, if you feel Honorbuddy is making wrong decisions in this area. Please be specific about the quest reward you felt should have been taken, and the one Honorbuddy selected instead. The Support staff will also need you to attach both your 'normal' log, and your AutoEquip log to your ticket. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade
Hi, Sevarance, Exception when attempting to download Northrend_36_26: System.TimeoutException: This request operation sent to net.tcp://auth2.buddyauth.com:5031/AuthService.svc did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:00:30). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/***** to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client. You are having issues communicating with the Bossland GmbH mesh servers. This is a problem with your ISP or wireless connection. You might want to try following the steps from the "To Remedy a non-specific Authentication Failed:" section of this article: HelpDesk: 'Authentication Failed' errors If you are not off-and-away, please open a new thread in the Support forum with a fresh log. The problem you are experiencing has nothing to do with the profile pack. cheers, chinajade
Hi, Webhond. Many thanks for the log, and especially for that logmark! We believe the problem has been rectified in v3285. cheers, chinajade Ref: Webhond's problem report w/log
Hi, LowKey, We examined the quest behavior used to instrument this quest. Combat is turned off by the quest behavior. This should also include the pet unless there is a bug in your Combat Routine. You will need to attach the full log, if you would like us to examine the problem further. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade

Hi, Donarvin, and many thanks for that log! [01:56:48.385 N] Moving to Type: QuestPickUp [01:56:48.386 D] Could not generate path from {-3132.191, -2309.558, 93.73844} to {958.281, -1419.22, 66.30537} on map Kalimdor (Phase: MountHyjalPhase1) (time used: 0 milliseconds) @ FindEndPoly LowKey is spot on with the answer. You are running the Eastern Kingdom's profile while standing in Kalimdor. We know the profile did not put your toon there. You will need to move your toon back to Eastern Kindgoms, as Honorbuddy does not automatically do inter-continental travel. This article should help you understand the problem: HelpDesk: Toon is not moving cheers, chinajade Ref: Donarvin's original post w/log
Hi, Jazzman170, The issue is still on the Known Bugs List: MoP 85-90. cheers, chinajade Ref: Jazzman170's original post w/log

Hi Giguin27, You appear to be taking the correct steps. It appears something is blocking your connectivity to the Assembla server. This will be an ISP issue or your firewall/antivirus. If you are not able to figure this out, please open a new thread in the Support forum. cheers, chinajade
Hi, C1L, There is no easy way. You would need to edit the profiles, and add a Nav="Fly" attribute to each RunTo/MoveTo element. cheers, chinajade
Hi all I am hoping someone can help me out. I am using these Kick quest profiles to lvl my shaman, and they are great But, it deletes all the quests in the log everytime I run it. This is highly annoying as I have account-wide quests (not tracked) such as battle pet quests, and using hb on any toon will delete these account-wide quests for every character. Is there a way I can edit the profile so that it ignores untracked quests completely, and most importantly, will not delete them! Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you. Oh, and if anyone knows how I can also edit what the profile sells every time it heads to a vendor to empty bags, that would be really helpful too.
Hi, AkaInsidious, [08:32:36.115 Q] Bot stopping! Reason: Auth Session is invalid Disconnects and navigation issues have nothing to do with the profile. Just FYI, the development staff hs been making improvements to the Authentication server over the past week that may be causing this issue. If the problem continues, please open a new thread in the Support forum with a fresh log. cheers, chinajade Ref: AkaInsidious' original post w/log
Hi again, AkaInsidious, "Stuck" and "navigation" issues are not profile issues. Please see the guide for Reporting Problems or Seeking Assistance for getting the problems reported to the correct location. cheers, chinajade
