Hi, Twisty, and thank you for the log.

We've double-checked the profile, and it is issuing the correct directives. The problem seems to be in HBcore, and we've opened HB-1053 ("Honorbuddy confused about quest giver presence") against the issue.

For now, please do the quest manually.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi, Spaniard1, and thank you for the report.

We double-checked the current versions of the profile, and all is good.

So the error was an editing error in a previous release, or a problem in your local copy. Since the log attachment is invalid, we can't easily check an editing error on our part, as we don't know which release to look at.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Shamash,

The profile is about to enter an area where selling and mailing will not be allowed for a while. So, the profile is assuring your bags are empty before embarking. Honorbuddy will do this activity, even though nothing needs to be mailed or sold.

Let the toon conduct the mail/sell actions, and it should be on its way again.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Killean,

The thanks are appreciated, but credit should go where it is due. Most of the improvements in the past few months have been due to MaxMuster's *very* hard work and attention to detail. Thanks, MaxMuster!

      cheers,

Hi, Riinex, and thanks for the log.

Toon: 44.1 Orc Hunter (Female, Horde)
      Specialization: HunterBeastMastery
      Tier 1: Posthaste(1)
      Tier 2: Intimidation(3)
      Location: Eastern Kingdoms => Tirisfal Glades => => <2017.099, 257.1284, 47.81468>
      Profile: [H - Quest] 12-58 K and EK [Kick] ($Rev: 3406 $)

You are an Hordie in Eastern Kingdoms. The profile expects to be in Kalimdor. You must have moved the toon there manually, because the profile certainly didn't. Honorbuddy is incapable of intercontinental travel without explicit profile directives. As such, Honorbuddy has no clue how to move your toon back to Kalimdor, and this is what it is complaining about.

[22:22:42.604 N] Moving to Type: QuestPickUp
[22:22:42.605 D] Could not generate path from {2017.099, 257.1284, 47.81468} to {-4590.582, 1833.505, 88.52103} on map Azeroth (Phase: TwilightHighlandsDragonmawPhase) (time used: 0 milliseconds) @ FindEndPoly

      ...<repeats indefinitely>...

Move the toon back to Kalimdor and start the profile again. You should be off-and-away.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi, Snt76, and thank you for the log!

This a known problem for Druids with the MountHook behavior. Please see the notes on "MountHook" in Known Bugs List: Miscellaneous (Rep, Seasonal, etc) for your work-arounds.

      Very sorry for the inconvenience.

      cheers,

      Hi, Aileron31527,

Currently, the only way to disable flightpaths is to add a line like this right inside the <QuestOrder> element of the profile:
      <DisableBehavior Name="Vendor" />

As the name implies, this disables all vendoring use—including mail/sell/repair.

In the next (post-.745) Honorbuddy drop, the FlightPath can be disabled without disabling all Vendoring by:
      <DisableBehavior Name="FlightPath" />

We can not support profiles that have been modified. So if you make changes, you're on your own.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Mitre27,

With the exception of the DeathKnight starter area, the profile does not make any decisions about what gear is equipped by a toon. These decisions are under the control of HBcore's AutoEquip functionality. AutoEquip is usually very smart about its decisions, and the decisions take spec into account.

If you believe AutoEquip is making improper decisions, please make a new post into the Honorbuddy Bug Reports thread. You will need to be very specific of what is currently equipped, and what is in your inventory that you feel is a better choice. You will also need to attach both the normal log and the AutoEquip log when making that post.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Alerean,

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Alliance 5-12 profile. It sounds like a problem with your Honorbuddy installation. If you can't figure it out and need assistance, you will need to attach your full log that captures the issue.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Alerean,

KillBetweenHotspots is only used by Honorbuddy when grinding. KillBetweenHotspots is not used by Honorbuddy when doing general travel (e.g., PickUp, TurnIn, Objective, MoveTo, etc.

Profiles only grind when they have to, such as killing mobs for a drop that starts a quest, or for enough levels to make the next quest hub's quests 'safe'. This latter issue will never be a problem with the experience bonuses you have.

So in short, you may actually increase your questing time played by turning it off. As Honorbuddy may ignore mobs that could drop the quest item you seek.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Cynicz and Alerean,

This problem has absolutely nothing to do with any profile. It sounds like your Honorbuddy installation has become damaged in some fashion.

You should open your own thread in the Support forum and be certain to attach the full log that captures the issue.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi, Merlinsnest, and many thanks for the log!

You got caught by a 'level safety' grind to level 71 (you are 69). But, the grind should never be used, as the quests should have given you all the experience you needed.

According to the log, you skipped about 3000 lines of quests. Let's start by clearing your cache, and see what happens next. Please carefully follow the instructions here:

If you are not off-and-away, please show us a fresh log after the cache was cleaned.

Have to assume this is the 'next' iteration of the same problem.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi again, Merlinsnest, and thanks for the log.

It should've been flying. We spot checked a few of your quests that were using ground mounts, and the profile indeed does specify flying for those (Nav="Fly").

      We've two possibilities for you:

      cheers,
      chinajade
