HB ARCHIVES: Honorbuddy Profile Pack--DO NOT DELETE!

Any one else having issues with extreme lag since patch? I know its probably a patch issue, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't user error. =)

 

This is due to the game messing up. It gets on the mount then instantly does a 360 back to the quest giver and repeats this process. If at all possible, it needs to be fixed.

there any way we can bypass this mission ? it will not continue past it doing an instant 360 every time....

 

SVN updated works, so this profile works now

 

While going H 90-92 "Goremaul Tower" quest in Frostfire ridge the bot eventually idle out because it doesn't move to position when it has taken the quest.

also, the quest Frosted Fury does not dismount, and it toon will end up cycling back and forth endlessly dying

 

i can second this. however. i feel its an issue with the game, not the profile. i tried to manually complete the quest and it repeated the same action. you ask the npc to send you to the shelf, and you fly in a tight circle and land right beside the npc.

this results in a loop of honorbuddy continuously interacting with the npc and flying in a circle.

currently there are 4 buddies flying in tight formation on my server.

since this bug is repeated without buddy running, i didnt provide a log. not sure what you can do about it, if you can swap the code to skip this questline and grind boars for a bit until the ingame bug is fixed.

if there is anything else i can provide, test, corroborate. then feel free to pm me. i wont be checking back in this thread.

 

Where can i download the svn for kicks 90-100?

 

I'll confirm that this is a confirmed bug in 6.1 and I ran into the same issue.

Who knows how long it will take Blizzard to fix it, so if we could remove it from the profile that would be swell.

1 up on the Abyssal shelf mission in HP. Heres the issue i have though, I tried getting to lvl 60 and bypassing HP, (so i went to zangar and picked up quests) well when i turned my bot on, he threw me a bird and flew back to Thrallmar and picked up the abyssal shelf quest.

Anyone know how to manually stop this? i couldnt care less about this quest, just wanna move on and cant.

 

Delete it from the .xml is the only way

 

Hey, just turned level 80 and was about to load the Cata profile 80 - 82
Its like he thinks he have done all the quests.. even that i havent been to Mount Hyjal yet. so did go there manually but still it stops the bot.

Im pretty new to this, so cut me a break! But how do I modify the XML file if its streamed from the Buddystore?

I'm having issues where the bot will get hung trying to turn in a quest it hasn't completed. I'm forced to manually do the quest and reactivated it. Happens almost 1 out of 5 quests.

Fixed my issue. for anyone needing to know how to fix this, follow this-

Honorbuddy folder > Default Profiles > Questing Profile pack > BC > (right click the horde questline. should open up in a notepad) > In notepad, hit Ctrl + F to search for key words. > Type "mission:" >

The code should be within the first 5 found words in the document, about 3 lines deep. I deleted everything between the pickup quest code and the turn in code.

Fixed my issue. Hope this helps.

Hi Kicks! I just want to chime in and say thank you for all your hard work, you've made thousands of peoples lives easier with your profiles! ^^

During the Nagrand Alliance profile, I noticed that it wants to take the path along the river (with all direfang alpha elites and prowlers) which is suicide for the bot.
Just to give a headsup, I had to stop the profile there and run him manually to his destination from there.

I hope the maker of the profile do the updates tho. It's on buddy store and should be a fast fix so no one needs to do it

 

Just a couple of things Ive been though since using your profile, but before that just want to say thanks, lvled 3 toons to 100.

The profile is not 100% afk-able just be warned people. I have dual screen and let the bot run on the 2nd one while I watch a movie or do something else on the main screen, I suggest people pay more attention to the bot. While lvling in Gorgrond, I came across another person botting.....how do I know you ask? Well simple it was running Kicks profile as well since it was doing the SAME quest as I was doing and got stuck at the SAME place in a rock that I did, the only thing different between the other guy and me was that since I don't afk at all while lvling I was able to unstuck my toon in a second, and I actually sat there for about 20min watching the hunter (bowangel was the name) run in place on the rock. Agian we were doing the same quest at the same time and got stuck at the same time but he never moved to fix his bot. So in turn he was afk and not paying attention to his bot and thats a big no no, so this is just a warning to everyone that wants to use this profile. Its not 100% afk-able.

Second thing Ive noticed is that the bot dies a lot lol it would run into a quest area and body pull a bunch of mobs. Is there any way to make it actually start fighting its way in instead of running into the middle of the area that has the quest?

Third Ive noticed (at least on my 2nd priest) when its dead and running back to its body, the bot spams

That should be fixed asap since its a dead giveway. Why would a person spam an ability when there dead?
