I'm actually gonna head out and run these profiles tomorrow to verify everything that I did. But it's been a very long day with multitasking!

 

Well the EK is running pretty well. Unfort, I'll just grab that location that was left out as this picks up from the beginning and goes all the way to the end if I restarted. Not that big of a deal since I'm being lazy, not anything to complain about lol. Thank you for all the profiles you've made. Hell, I've been using most of yours since you've been spitting them out.. year + dedication to this bot. Glad to see better profiles are being added everyday.

 

remember my old old old LK profile? well i just reflowed it if you have any LK toons laying around. I'm trying to make it 100% dummy proof - and it's almost there! I'm in Grizzly Hills now on a testing toon - and other than minor flyto issues which i've corrected and moved a few waittimers to longer timers - it's been going pretty well =)

 

During the quest Catalysm all it does is standing still targeting and untargeting the water elementals, it doesn't move to them, so it fails to complete objective

In Zangarmarsh, the bot keeps running past the Horde town Zabra'jin.
Lots of deaths becuase of that.

the code exists to turn in the "Forgemaster's Log" quest, but i don't see anywhere that it picks up the quest.

Now that it does not pick up that quest, and does not turn it in, this quest is never seen, so it stops the profile dead in its tracks.

picking up the quest manually solves the problem, also, adding in the questpickup line in the profile does too.

Bug exists in latest revision to date r371 .good work, Kick...big fan.

 

Just decided to start botting again, and this looks very good. But can it be used on a mule?

Grabs all items from mailbox
Runs to Auctionhouse and posts all items (with a set number of max auctions, to not look to dodgy)

rince and repeat.

And if it does, how do i go about prices? As all the time prices are changing. Would it be possible to use data from an addon like auctioneer and have it scan the item before it posts?

Zabra'jin??? Tried to edit profile to blacklist the whole area, didn't help. It just loves to die there nonstop...fuck, is there a single profile that actually works?

 

One that I'm sure is super simple... on the newer versions there's an info tab that lists xp/hour, kills, deaths, etc. It would be really nice to have a couple more interesting counters - primarily a timer to say how long it has been running since start was last pressed as well as when using gatherbot an herb node/hour and mining node/hour counter. This would help keep track of how long a bot has been running (and when it's time to log it out or whatever) as well as figure out the efficiency of a specific profile and perhaps make it easier to compare them.

 

Maybe the author should note that 70-71 needs A LOT of babysitting. I leveled 2 chars with this profile and they were constantly dying in this Magmoth cave in Borean Tundra (have heirlooms on both). Mobs are respawning very fast and in the end the character doesnt manage to leave the cave before the gear was completely red. Had to assist a lot. Anyone else had the same problem?

 

Ashenvale hasn't been release yet, you will have to wait about 1 day, then it should be released.

 

Haha nice, and I don't remember that far back. This bot has came along way since back then. Just a fyi though, your bot has major problems with using the horde bonfires. It wants to run to the middle of them and doesn't stop before your macros are ran. And it's a cast that you have to do in order to do the quest.

Not a huge problem, just have to baby sit the horde bonfires.

all of your issues are *bot* issues, i can't tell bot where to not go besides blackspots. It's not obeying blackspots

Similar problem as before PB was ahing had some problem so I thought I'd restart it after doing so it just started farming Elwyn forest and it just keep doing so
