EpicXss, Thanks for the post! The copy/paste fragment of the log file does indicate that, but because its a partial log it doesn't provide the detail needed to research the issue. For that a complete debug log file needs to be attached to the post. See the Reporting Bugs [CLICK HERE] which has a template and instructions on posting this info. I did find something and have made a change relative to this, but I wouldn't call it a fix as I don't have enough info to know whether it addresses your issue or not. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Paladin, Bobby53
I will try to get another log tonight, but the problem is persisting after downloading the newest version of singular from the first post in this thread, Singular-3-2382.zip EDIT: Checked the log and appears Singular somehow got downgraded, no clue how since I haven't updated HB or anything...
Holy Power Combat log of dungeon run as protection paladin. Used logmark to indicate failure to cast holy power. /cheers
TC9869, There are two versions available for download from Post #1. The latest Build 3.0.0.2382 and the prior stable version Build 3.0.0.2223 so people can downgrade if they choose. That is also the same version bundled with the stable version of HonorBuddy, so if you didn't upgrade/refresh HonorBuddy then possibly when downloading Singular accidentally clicked on the older version. When running HonorBuddy, you can check the version of Singular in use by clicking Class Config and looking at the footer of the settings window. Build .2382 includes the fix (by virtue of it being fixed in an earlier release) so updating to the latest should address your issues. If not, please be sure to attach a complete log file again. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Rogue, Bobby53
EpicXss, Thank you for the complete log with LogMarks! At the point the logmarks appeared it looked like the HP % remained above 50, so no cast was expected. I did find quite a few occurrences where it recognized it should cast Word of Glory and attempted to but failed. I need to test this and a couple other fixes some more, but should have a release posted that correctly casts Word of Glory based upon the criteria I shared earlier. I'll also look in an upcoming version of providing more control over the settings used for tanking. Thanks for the follow up and good luck with your Paladin, Bobby53
When i go to log in i put in my code HB starts up and starts to load files and when it gets to flight paths it gives me an error and shuts down in the error box it said no routine found. What Class and Spec are you?: Ret pally What 'context' is the bot in? (Instance, BG, Normal): Questing What level are you?: 32 What revision of Singular are you using?: 3-2382 Have you made any modifications to Singular?: No What time (HH:MM:SS) or LogMark did your issue occur? Happened before I could log in fully Did you attach a complete debug log? yes
I got this Problem before, with my Warrior, posted 1-2 Weeks before. Same Quest. Toon get eaten from the big Blob and just use Auto-Attack to fight and Die all the time. This is not enough to killt him. *edit* - Link to the old Post - http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...-plain-works-version-3-a-105.html#post1128499 Start at: [05:17:12.817 N]
Hardstyle, Welcome to HonorBuddy and thank you for the detailed post with log file! The log indicates you are encountering an installation or attempting to access your installation from a networked location via browser: Code: [03:10:10.483 D] System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'file://\\COMP\Users\.....\Desktop\honor buDDy\CompiledAssemblies\Anti Drown_635034786095303492.dll' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515) File name: 'file://\\COMP\Users\.....\Desktop\honor buDDy\CompiledAssemblies\Anti Drown_635034786095303492.dll' ---> System.NotSupportedException: An attempt was made to load an assembly from a network location which would have caused the assembly to be sandboxed in previous versions of the .NET Framework. This release of the .NET Framework does not enable CAS policy by default, so this load may be dangerous. If this load is not intended to sandbox the assembly, please enable the loadFromRemoteSources switch. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=155569 for more information. I suggest reinstalling HonorBuddy and running on the local computer via command line or Windows Explorer. If you continue to have issues, you will want to post in HonorBuddy Support [CLICK HERE] which covers all general issues such as this. This forum thread is for support of Singular which is a combat routine and a component which gets invoked by a properly installed and running HonorBuddy. Thanks again for the post and good luck with your HonorBuddy usage, Bobby53
tumbum, Thanks for the post with complete debug log! The link provided to your earlier post doesn't work for me, so please post the Post # if review still needed. This log file is pretty clear in that there are 10 seconds prior to death that there is no log file activity of any type: Code: [05:15:44.788 N] [Singular] Casting Mangle on The Direglob.2A43 @ 86.0% at 6.8 yds [05:15:44.789 D] [CGSpellBook::CastSpell] Override ID: 33917, KnownIndex: 28 [05:15:54.291 D] We died, Clearing current POI This most likely correlates to the white swing only combat you observed. The initial appearance is that Singular is not being called by the BotBase, but I am not convinced of that at the moment as message indicating how long Singular went without being called covered the period from death to rez, but not the 10 seconds of inactivity. I am adding some detailed logging to the next release specifically to assist in resolving this issue for you. It will be extremely verbose, so you should definitely enable only when requested (such as occurrences of something not happening like this.) Thanks for the post and good luck with your Druid, Bobby53
Hi Bobby53, thank you will park my Druid there and waiting for the next Release. So i hope it gives more Details. Maybe i will do a Video and send a PM to you nexttime.
tumbum, Thank you for parking the Druid, that will help a bunch being able to pickup immediately with that quest. As for the video, thank you for the offer but it's not needed for this issue. I will remember that in the future however and may request if there is something you encounter which would benefit from that while troubleshooting. For this issue I need to have more insight into what is running in Singular without generating any log output or confirming it is not being called (in which case the issue is elsewhere.) Thanks for the post and your continued support! Bobby53
May I ask if you've coded any usage of pet abilities for Hunters? I can't say I've noticed as I don't watch it all too often but it would be great if the bot used my Direhorn's "Last Stand" and "Reflective Armor Plating" abilities, it would make botting tough mobs like on the Isle of Giants a lot easier.
I am testing 2382 now. It seems to work well for questing. However one thing that it seems to do is when it's fighting a pack of enemies. Kills off one. It does not seem to intelligently choose the next target. Which normally would be the lowest health one. if it would do that a lot of deaths could be avoided.
tumbum, Was able to recreate this issue today. This is not a general issue and is specific to the named mob The Direglob [CLICK HERE]. It has an ability named Consume where he eats you and your character is moved literally inside of him. While you have the Consumed debuff, he will deal %5 of health damage to you every second. During this period you are able to continue casting abilities on him, but the return from the HonorBuddy .IsFacing and .IsSafelyFacing is false. So Singular spends the remainder of the fight telling HonorBuddy to .Face the mob and never achieving it which is why you see white swings and then death. I'll have a fix in the next release, so if you could use your parked Druid for that it would be a good test. Thanks for the post and good luck your Druid, Bobby53
Uraku, Added in build .2150 of Singular: Code: --- Release 3.0.0.2150 --- Hunter *new* - All Specs - support for Heart of the Phoenix as instant Revive for Tenacity Pets *new* - All Specs - support for Bullheaded and Last Stand pet abilities If these aren't cast for you when available, please follow the steps in Reporting Bugs [CLICK HERE] if you would like me to look into why it did not for you. As for the Direhorn ability, that currently is not supported. Adding to the next release to cast on cooldown when it is facing an enemy mob that is attacking it the Pet. Thanks and good luck with your Hunter, Bobby53
23051602, Thanks and glad its working in general. Please see Reporting Bugs [CLICK HERE] for steps on providing the details needed for me to look into any behavior you observe. Targeting is primarily handled by the BotBase first, but when its target (the BotPoi) doesn't make sense (dead, blacklisted, etc.) then Singular will choose the next best target available prioritizing player enemies first (for PVP Realms) and then aggroed mobs. To identify which component selected the target deemed not intelligent, I would need your complete debug log file. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Questing, Bobby53
Ah that's cool There are pet family-specific abilities as well though, Reflective Armor Plating - Spell - World of Warcraft for an example, these would be a nice addition.
Correct, by Direhorn ability I was referring to the special ability available only to that pet. -Bobby53 Note: additional special abilities will be supported, but currently are not.
I'm so sorry bobby, I am tired and apparently that makes me unable to read. Thanks for all the great work
Lack of sleep and overworked I can identify with! Was just following up so you knew that was specifically scheduled for the next release. What isn't is the balance of the other special abilities not specifically listed above. Those will be added in upcoming releases as time avails. Thanks for the post and good luck with your hunter, Bobby53
