Xaq, Thanks for the post. I haven't had a chance to add support for that yet, but you've definitely been patient so adding next release. I don't want individual control of spells across all classes, but some form of control of cooldowns is needed. Next release will include the ability to set prevent spells with a cooldown matching or exceeding a user specified value (in seconds) that Singular can cast on the General tab. This will provide the ability to prevent use of cooldowns for all spells across all classes. The default will be 0 allowing all spells. So to prevent Singular from casting Readiness but allow spells with a shorter cooldown to cast, a value of 300 will be needed. Hope that works for you and all others wanting additional control of cooldowns. -Bobby53
Bobbye that sounds like a great idea - so anything LESS than 300 seconds, or the set value (or basically everything) would still cast?
*NEW* Singular 3.0.0.2885 available for download! Change History for this release appears below. Complete Change History as always is included in the .ZIP See the Reporting Bugs [CLICK HERE] post for details on how to request assistance, post about a problem, or ask questions about the behavior of your botting session with Singular. Still receiving too many bug/question posts regarding behavior users watched that don't contain a complete log file and point of reference to when a single event happened. So, no multi-color bright lights this time. Just a simple request to provide the detail. Don't forget to use the LOGMARK! button. It is located on the Class Config window and will place a mark in the log file making it easy for you to indicate when something happened that you have a question about or problem with. This button provides the same behavior as the LOGMARK plugin. Having a problem while running Singular that you want to report? Click the LOGMARK button immediately when you notice. A line will be added to the log file at that time and now you have a very accurate way to let me know when the problem occurred. Ok, now that's out of the way: - Download the latest version of Singular.ZIP from Post #1 in this thread - .ZIP in Singular thread will always be the current version - HonorBuddy will contain an older version until a new release of HB posts Any post must include a debug log file (a file created with Debug Logging set to true.) To do this, click Class Config and set the Debug Logging option to 'true' then run until you create the issue again. The resulting log file will contain more info than a standard log file which will be essential in understanding the decisions being made by Singular which you weren't expecting. As always, the prior version is still available for download. If you encounter a problem due to the new release of Singular you can always downgrade as needed. Worth mentioning one more time due to the large number of posts without log files that are received, but you must attach a complete debug log with any post. Please see the link at the top of this post for details.
Bobby, Singular isn't firing on Raigonn's Weak Spot in DungeonBuddy. Have checked with Tuanha's on hunter and that routine does fire. Singular does not. Have attached logs for mage and elemental shammy. Raigonn fight is at the very end of the logs.
ShortRound, That boss actually works as a vehicle, and while in the vehicle the IsSafelyFacing API is always returning 'false' for the Weak Spot. Have passed it along to the HB Devs as they will need to look into it. -Bobby53
Bobby I thought you maybe wanted to read this and pat yourself on the back a little ;D http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/combat-routines/all-one/129582-singular-vs-others-dps.html#post1246534 Also, do you have support for the UVLS-trinket for demonology-warlocks? (Equip: Your damaging spells have a chance to grant 100% critical strike chance for 4 sec.) So for instance, when the trinket proccs you pop into meta-form to apply Doom to your current target and others you are in combat with. If you already have it coded in sorry for the rant ^^
Amputations, Thanks for making me aware of Xaq's post! No, support for UVLS trinket for Demonology Warlocks is not present, but have added for the next release. For right now have added following behavior changes if UVLS trinket procs: - enter Metamophosis if not in form - apply Doom if missing from current target or was not applied while Perfect Aim was active - stay in Metamorphosis form until Perfect Aim expires So the above should leverage UVLS for Single Target. I can do this for AOE, but it will require some housekeeping that isn't already present and I'd like some feedback regarding Single target before proceeding. Look for it in the next release, Bobby53
Good luck with that UVLS trinket, bobby. Millz has been fighting with it to work properly for quite a while now. I haven't read the thread lately, but the last time I read it it seemed like he just settled for having things be "good enough" instead of perfect. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but more so saying that that trinket is so random and difficult to plan around that it makes it hard to get a routine to play nice with it.
How in the world can i get it so when I am using this with my mage and questing profiles it doesn't keep turning around and running away and aggroing the entire world?!!!!!!!
I just want to say thank you for the Global Cooldown fix you made in singular. I'm hoping that the GCD will be fixed in near future on HB, but it doesn't look so good
Bobby, First thanks again for all your efforts! Now if this isn't a singular issue I am sorry but it is having a terrible time targeting Sha Remnants. If I need to report somewhere else please let me know. ty
Ruinit: It doesn't appear to be. The following entires: indicate that the Sha Remnant was identified by the profile to be avoided. From the point the last avoid began to the death of your character, it appears Singular was not being called by the component in control. I'll pass along to HB Devs, but if you encounter again it may be worth posting in the HonorBuddy Support thread and linking back to this post as another occurrence. Thanks, -Bobby53
avoiding hmmmm, well that explains why my toon just keeps running around and dying tried both kick and cava happens on both profiles guess I'll do by hand .... /sigh
@bobby53 -- What Class+Spec are you?: Shaman / Elemental What 'context' is the bot in? (Instance, BG, Normal): LazyRaider What level are you?: 90 Have you made any modifications to Singular?: No modifications made What time (HH:MM:SS) or LogMark did your issue occur?: No logmark, no issues to report while using, only while using class config What happened (be specific)?: I noticed in the class config options that there are only healing options, common options, and options for Enhancement. There are no options for Elemental. Was wondering if that was an error, or intentional. Did you attach a complete debug log? (choose one: YES or YES): No log to attach for this, but I can attach one anyway.
zeldrak, Go to Class Config -> Class Specific and look at the Self-Healing section which applies to all specializations (enhancement/elemental/restoration(solo)/lowbie)? The settings from your log file for these are: The only thing which appears in the Enhancement section are settings specific to the use of Maelstrom Weapon procs. There isn't really an Elemental equivalent for that so I had considered the self-healing section sufficient. If something still appears missed let me know and I'll look at adding in an upcoming release. The only two which do PVP off-healing presently are Enhancement Shaman and Feral Druids because of the instant heals.. -Bobby53 Edit: actually that isn't in Feral Druid (could have sworn I added already.) In the next release
Oh, I see. I thought each spec had its own set of options. I could have overlooked it while I was setting up Singular, but I didn't see anywhere to place an AoE add count. Using PR2, as an example, I can set my AoE add count to whatever I want. There are a few other settings that can be configured for each spec, which is why I thought Singular would be very close, if not the same.
Intentionally the focus is on Apoc's original tag line vision statement - "Singular - It just plain works." That means figuring out automatically what the best typical response is to a combat scenario and invoking that. Automatically determining is more complex and takes good user feedback and typically multiple versions for refinement, but fills a critical role as a Combat Routine that only requires the user to click Start for it to work well. For members that don't want that and prefer control via settings over as many aspects of the behavior as possible, Singular is probably not the best choice for their botting needs. -Bobby53
I think it would be a good idea to add detection for Glyph of Mass Excorcism when using the Paladin Retribution AOE rotation. This is easily one of the best if not the best AOE damage spell for Ret Pala's, and would make a great addition when farming. I don't know if this has been added yet in the latest version, but it's not in the version that comes bundled with Honorbuddy.
