I can third this as well...but I think this is something left over from Bliik's original profile because I'm pretty sure his does that too. And Zorg, thanks for editing this up. Hopefully it works because I have 3 more toons to get from 1-80 after this priest!
at lvl 20 i would target mobs 18+ only but there are lots of 16/17 and only 1 type of mob 18+ i edited it so you dont run into 5-6 16/17 mobs now i am getting 0 deaths and 22k xp / hr compared to 10deaths / hr and 10k xp / hr
Iv had lots of problems in Desolace, but its been good up until this. In Desolace it would always run to the middle, doesnt matter what level you are. So I had more then 50 deaths this morning xp was at 9k /h my toon right now is level 36, ill get back on what happens next. Iv noticed alot of people have had problems with both of these profiles in Desolace, so this could be a difficult place to level.
16-17's don't work so well at level 20, which is why the level enforcement I have is preventing wasted xp/hour, my bot personally killed all the 18s in the mixed areas, then when there are none left runs to the correct hotspot and is surrounded by the correct levels. Also, I will be fixing up desolace properly once my priest is there so I can test it myself.
Great profile thanks! Just one thing, blacklist the spot 51,36 in barrens , because char just stand at tree, target mob and do nothing.
Hopefully LOS fixes in the future will fix that, the moment I start blacklisting we'll be overrun with locations that need to be fixed - ultimately, I want this profile to work with questing, so blacklisting is out of the question for silly things like that.
deso issue is still a problem i even altered the min / max target level even with that level out of range soon as he gets attacked dismounts and attacks back even tho they are red -_-
mk i got a fix for deso i will upload it and op can customize it how ever and replace the old one ----- Note ----- It still will run thru that zone and demount when attacked except it goes around where very few mobs are instead of directly thru the middle where all the mobs are he will also take a lil detour around the place so it will take a minute longer to get there but ull get their alot more safely than b4
My priest is just about to run to Desolace, using a slightly edited version of the profile (which I will be uploading if it's successful). If there are any problems, I will fix an upload. Expect an update today..
used desolace over night got 32-37 1death and i was watching and ally ganked me overall was successful
Cleaned up the stupid shit between you two. You're both working on the same thing, I get it, but its not a damned competition. Work on your own things, let people choose what they want to use. If you have an issue with someone not giving credit, PM me about it and I'll talk to those involved. If either of you have issues sharing work just because someone else might be using it or trying to do the same thing, get over it. Its an open community.
If that works for you two, so be it. If either of you have any more issues, please PM me to take care of it in private. You're both doing good work, no need to bash each other (this goes for delta too, since I'm sure he'll read this).
Updated today, I believe that Desolace is as close to perfect as it can be now, I've emphasized safety in the runs, as shown in the changes in the original post. Please report any problems levels 1-36 and they will be dealt with immediately. These are levels that I have personally tested and found no issue in, however, I realize that it is not impossible to overlook something. I will of course be updating this profile as I level my Priest.
i downloaded the profile today it went from ashenvale - desolace after running thru alliance base and dying like 20x how do i fix so it will run around the base or camp area if it helps i am level 32 rogue
