Honor Buddy weird graphical issues

i will try that as well, but it is only with this program! No other problems with any of the other thing i use/ do

 

So ive reinstalled this program 3 different times, reinstalled my graphics cards drivers twice even after updating them. And installed the new .net framework 4.0 and NOTHING has changed this ridiculous issue. I am still get the same wonky graphic blurrs and resizes for whatever reason. I highly suggest trying to get a dev to go over the code or something to see what else could be screwing this up because I have absolutely no idea what else i can do to fix this. I highly doubt a roll back of my graphics drivers would solve anything.

Please if anyone has a possible way to fix this i would legit love you forever (no homo)....ugh

The only thing that ive even found to fix it temporarily is to resize the window constantly after mousing over or selecting an option.

 

I have found something very interesting...It seems there were two issues i was unaware of that could possibly affect this program inadvertently...

The first being that my Win 7 system some how had "run in compatibility mode for" then "Vista" selected for all of my programs. How this happened i have absolutely no idea. I only figured this out because my Steam client randomly gave me an error about it.
Secondly i have a program called "Raedon Pro" which i use to help my quality settings in WoW, somehow this too has affected Honorbuddy.

If anyone else is having semi similar issues, this is what i suggest!

(meaning change the compatibility setting and turn off Raedon Pro)
