After this line: post this: Otherwise the bot will bug out. Btw. I would gladly contribute new stuff to the profile, if needed. Hook me up if you want.
<Quest Id="" Name=""> <Objective Type="UseObject" ObjectId="" UseCount="0"> <Hotspots> <Hotspot X="0" Y="0" Z="0" /> </Hotspots> </Objective> </Quest> Will not work (at least on 1.9.5.5) Fixed it: <PickUp QuestName="" GiverName="" QuestId="" GiverId="" /> <Objective QuestName="" QuestId="" Type="UseObject" ObjectId="" UseCount="" /> <TurnIn QuestName="" NpcName="" QuestId="" TurnInId="" /> Basically ALL the forms of quests of any types will always start with "<PickUp Questname... etc" and finish with "<TurnIn QuestName... etc"
It just hit me after reading that link that you gave me... It is my guess that YOU CANNOT (in its current state) do for the same quest: <Objective quest=111 collectitem ...> <objective quest=111 collectanotheritem> <objective quest = 111 collectyetanotheritem...> I feel like if we need to string more than one objective onto each other that we need to do that at the bottom where you have th detailed <Quest> ... </Quest> Anyone wanna test to confirm this?
You can fix this by helping me find the actually location that that girl is in.. then posting it on here for us . I just put that 0 0 0 as place holder until i get the righ tlocation.
I do believe that the quest "The Disruption Ends" needs to be done later on. My level 13 Paladin got stuck and died over 20 times before I had to manually do it. Is anyone else having trouble? It happened on my Mage and Warlock as well, but I had figured it was because they were clothies. Anyways, I love the 1-12 Profiles.
Found and fixed a bug where the bot got stuck in water and where he couldn't get to the right spot for a quest item. After this line: Add the following : EDIT: Improved one quest where he would just wait at one spot and won't move through the whole area: Add this above the protectedItem list
It does work! The problem with this version Is that the position is read from wow / or a hb database ( w/e ) and with the quest override it uses the stated hotspots. When you have wandering mobs you want to kill this will be a problem with the normal objective method, when you do a questoverride he will check all the hotspots for the mob.
Hi, Buddys, i noticed a Problem with QUEST "ENCROACHMENT" the problem is that he kills only kills [QUEST ID quest=837] Razormane Quilboar slain (4) Razormane Scout slain (4) But dont Kills Razormane Dustrunner slain (4) Razormane Battleguard slain (4) and he trys to turn in Quest....
There need to be a blackspot at the tower outside Tiragarde Keep in Durotar, where you do the quest Vanquish The Betrayers. It just kept on running inside the tower, to be killed by the three mobs there. The bot died like 18 times, before I switched on grinding instead. Edit: What kind of chars do you do this thing with? Fully decked heirloomers? When it tries to go inside the Tiragarde Keep, its simply cannot do it without pulling minimum 2, most times 3 mobs. I have spend the better part of an hour watching the bot try to complete the quest...
My bot keeps trying to run and do the objective for the quest "The Forgotten Pools". Even after I turned it in. Also I am very curious on what kind of toons you test these on, it does seem to be difficult for fresh toons but those with BOA gear not so much.
The quest From The Wreckage can give the bot some issues. I had it stuck inside one of the ships. Move it above the ship, then i attempted to swim through the deck to get to a toolbox. http://peecee.dk/uploads/082010/fucked_up_waterquest.png Had to stop it and loot the one right behind the bot manually.
This is still a very early release, i think we just hit revision 70 or something... but needless to say that it needs alot of work. Everything ive been testing has been with non-heirloom chars, warriors and rouges mainly, not everything has even had its first pass of testing this is a WIP.
is there a way to configure EditPatrol v4 to use the hotsppots for Honorbuddy like <Hotspot X="-9219.523" Y="-962.0942" Z="68.20882" /> ? becourse the generated files are bad as hell
Objective QuestName="The Disruption Ends" QuestId="872" Type="KillMob" MobId="3269" KillCount="8" /> <Objective QuestName="The Disruption Ends" QuestId="872" Type="KillMob" MobId="3266" KillCount="8" /> <Objective QuestName="The Disruption Ends" QuestId="872" Type="CollectItem" ItemId="5063" CollectCount="1" /> HE goes there with lvl 12 it?s too hard for him... Many deaths and the last one ... is 15ty ELITE...
My blood elf was bugging out on the quest Major Malfunction. Bugging out as in standing near the questgiver, and just standing there So I got curious, and checked out the profile. It appears that in the currently uploaded profile, there's is nothing for the bot to do between level 5 and 6. Easy fix : Change the MinLevel of the grinding hotspts between level 6 and 11 to 5. This fixed the bug for me, and got the quest completed. Besides that, really nice profile, it's relieving to see one of these actually work
Isn't the TargetMinLevel the target of mobs you will actively target and attack? Not our level as the character?
<Objective QuestName="Major Malfunction" QuestId="8472" Type="CollectItem" ItemId="21808" CollectCount="6" /> <Objective QuestName="Unstable Mana Crystals" QuestId="8463" Type="CollectItem" ItemId="20743" CollectCount="6" /> <Objective QuestName="Wanted: Thaelis the Hungerer" QuestId="8468" Type="CollectItem" ItemId="21781" CollectCount="1" /> That has been their for along time and will get you too level 6, update because im sure your not using the most recent profile. Ive done the profile up until level 8 so far on a warlock and it defiantly has quests todo at that level range.
The beaten corpse of Manrik's wife is here... <!-- NEEDS UPDATING!! Lost in Battle --> <RunTo X="-1790.527" Y="-2373.377" Z="91.6725" />
