Actually those are the average of three 3 minute runs for each CR. The results were quite stable. (I do QA professionally ) My sense after these tests and some free form usage in BF's, is singular for AFK - its better than I thought at combat and the "I want movement" plug in really cripples the other CR's. And I am switching to your routine for RBF's. I am not sure yet for arenas. What's the macro hotkey capability of Huntastic? I have not tried yet. Gladiator has pretty much full macro hot key capability, so you can run it in 'semi-manual' mode, using the program for basic shots and targeting, and manually add in when you want. Settings will certainly make a difference. One reason I tested and posted is to try to encourage the CR guys to provide setting recommendations.
The built in multidot function is only when your targeted mob has no surroundning enemies so it could use multishot. Then it will use arcane shot on targets in your line of sight that are in combat and not crowd controlled. For multishot the best thing is to be active and always target the big clumps of enemies yourself since this will optimize Barrage also. Trying not to add to much settings that are not really important. If you come up with something you are missing send me or Speks a PM. An update was just sent up to the Buddy Store, hopefully this will solve all current problems and get ur dps up. Don't know when it will be available but hopefully by tomorrow.
Yes, as long as you do not enter combat the routine won't don anything. Im pretty certain trapping does not get you in combat so this would work.
Since it is tailor suited for raiding I would think it would fall short for any competitive arenas with trap CC etc.
How much Dps would this CR realisticly do with an item level of 670 do? in average? Anyone who has some data they can share?

Pure singel taget as butcher feks, i can put out about 29k, wich is my top SIM. Where i fail is in BRF where there are ALOT of aoe bosses, there im WAAY behind the other hunters. usually 7-8 k in dps. Is just wont multidot enough. Can try to record data next raid. But also, i would like to say that this routine beats anything i tried. Tuhana, YRB2, #Hunter.
Ill buy this product as soon as The AOE is "fixed"... because 7-8k dps loss in top tier raiding is just not acceptable.
Might be me sucking, but its a routine. what else can i do than switch targets to dot them and hope for a multishot? ^^
Im glad you enjoy it! We are constantly working on improvements and AoE is our target right now. To begin with we will make the CR pool focus to pull of Barrage ASAP when the CD is ready. For now the multidot is only applied with arcane shot when your current target has no surrounding enemies to use multishot on. It will then arcane shot another target in your LoS. So for now you would have to target the big clumps of mobs yourself so the bot uses multishot and barrage etc. We will look into this if we should make multishot a multidot function as well.
Our hopes is to identify these automatic so the user don't have to do anything. Will update here when we know more.
Working on better AoE. Not seeing the same drastic numbers as you but there is sure alot more to gain in the AoE department. Our hunter rankings for our bracket these week was: Single target fights: ~98% Multi target fights: ~82% So we know where to focus for the next update.
Next update? How far of a timeline are we looking at? Are you actively working on this problem.. or when you "find" the time?.. im really interested in this CR, and a couple of friends aswell.. but it worries us when something as huge as AoE isnt work properly for hunters.
Regarding AoE its still the best i tried, but it still lack where the human controlled players win. It might be as simple as a human knows what mobs will come next wave and therefore save focus for multishot / barrage while a routine could never know and has to get focus during the AoE time. Just a thought.
As far as resource pooling for Barrage goes it'll be done by tonight (CET). Then a short beta test, then pushed to store. As far as targeting (arcane shot multidotting) aside, we're hesitant to auto-target barrage usage because this is a raiding routine and so many times it's just padding. 9/10 cases its the scenario of 1) Needs to quick or 2) Numberfodder.. Imagine facing 90 degrees away form beastlord and barraging the spears because hey, Its the biggest clump of 'mobs'. Actually yes, I'll be done with it in tonights update since it does infact have some Raiding usage, for now use the pause hotkey and cast & resume or just hit escape and mouseover tranq/whatever. (Esc clears target and pauses for 1000ms).
