I have a work around solution that I have to use in order for HB to successfully download mesh files...

I use a tunneling service, such as Ping Zapper and a tunneling app such as Proxifier. Keep in mind PingZapper is a PAID service and Proxifier is a PAID application. I use a tunneling end-point that is as close as possible to France. I've been informed this is where the mesh server is hosted.

While this solution does not provide error free downloading it is infinitely better than simply leaving it up to HB.

^^This is the only other thing i can suggest as its a network problem between you and the servers so. somewhere between china and somewhere in Europe.

And I do not even want to get into the question of "logic" here, you're saying because its working "for other people" and that makes me unreasonable to request for a refund?
The premise is that:1. it failed; 2. I described my problem; 3. I did all the suggestions which are suppose to be the "panacea" and they failed as I would expect

I posted my issue once and no one was actually reading my descrpition, they just threw me bunch of "attach your log" and "let it download" which I can easily find on the forum by myself. The fact that HB fails to work for just me may not justify the refund request, but the fact that I can't fix it by myself as I'm no professional and that my complain has not been taken seriously might just do it. I put "refund" in the title just to draw attention from the support team; I'm not some kind of nuts who would curse whenever something fails for me.

I didn't mean to say so much, but please have yours "facts" confirmed before judging someone.

Hey dude we're only trying to help honestly but I get where you're coming from.
From what I know about download issues it's usually a cause of the program not having enough permission to download the files properly.
So depending on which version of windows your running it can sometimes help to adjust your DEP settings and run the program as admin.

fpsware has some good ideas too.

Also to CNG, sorry about that, I gotta learn to refresh the page before posting ^^

hmm... this really sounds like a *****ed version of HB, because then you has no rights to download the meshs from the offical hb servers. Guy's don't use *****ed Versions of HB because there is NO SECURE for you're Account if Blizz update Warden or something like this. And 20 Euros aren't much if you see how much you could earn in a Day.
