Instancebuddy - A Premium Dungeon Finder Bot

Honestly guys between the way its been maintained and the new ability to convert honor to jp ib is useless. bg runs alot better and you will probably get jp alot faster doing pvp then pve anyways.

Go to the PVP Vendors in either Org or SW. I believe it's like 300 honor for 200 JP.

I would love to be able to never have to get valor from a dungeon again.

 

But he is right. Heroic Ques take forever, the bot can't be AFK'd as easily, and there are more gear requirements for dungeons. PvP, and converting honor points to justice points is a more efficient means of getting PvE gear. Other than the heroic drops themselves (which are lower quality than the ilvl 371 honor gear anyway) there's no reason to do instances.

That said, I'd love to be able to use instancebuddy again. I remember using it back in wrath, and it was awesome. Yes, the dungeons are more complicated, but I don't think it's impossible for the bot to do well in heroics. I still would love to be able to run 5 bots farming dungeons, not havign to worry about looking like a bot. As long as they can complete it in decent time. Even if it was only one dungeon that the bot could complete.

 

you can't get Valor from pvp like you can from Random Dungeons bro.

 

You are talking about top end gear. So odviously you bot your main account that you play or w/e. I also bot my main account but im not trying to get into any raidguild with my toon s anytime soon. Just getting them enough gear to not look like bots. BTW if you ran IB and i ran bg bot and converted honor to jp then raided. I'd probably be geared a lot faster then you anyways.

 

You are missing the point. No one cares about justice points. We are wanting instance buddy for the valor.

 

I never healed with ib b4 but im making a shaman in will boa and i was wondering if healers are safer to afk then dps.(get stuck less and so on)

 

it works fine for me :O

 

With ShamWoW healing is very easy for the bot to do. At least it has been for me.

 

Does that mean I do not need to switch back to grindbot and can stay in instancebuddy the whole way whilst grinding/instancing?

Im guessing your talking about farming mode? it just enters clears and resets a dungeon.

 

What's peoples reactions on using this on 85 heroics (the bosses) it seems to not know what its doing and always end up walking me to my death and people asking me if it's my first time there, haha. Also if they pull the boss to someone different my warrior decides to start attacking the boss before they pull and wiping im just using the default instance buddy with the default class profile it automatically detects when i load it up.

Is this ever going to be updated to work with cata 5-man heroics? Especially the Zandalari ones?

 

Sounds great! Are you prioritizing any instances to get it to a release state.
IMO once the Zandalari instances are ready, a release would be nice.

Can't wait to see a working release of IB2.

 

When you say it supports some new cata dungeons do you mean it will run into the triangle in vortex pinnacle for example?

 

Current IB is basically useless.
