Hi Boss, hi pushedx, first off all - thx for the reaction, showing still beeing good to your customers So let's try to figure some things out needed to be taken into consideration: 1. Thanks for give it a try - if now it doesn't work, the most persons will understand 1. An ETA on monthly costs would be nice, because without it is difficult to say anything, everyone will need to make its own mind if it's worth it. 1.1 you have a lot of pro's on your side, the bot is well more sufisticated, smother running, etc. and you have great great great community developers who even make the differece much bigger. 1.2 you will have to figure one thing out - if the bot has monthly costs, downtimes will increase your costs and lower your gains. no one will paying a non working bot. And here comes the main point - pushedx will be the only one who can judge on this i think, the recent long downtimes are part off the whole problem. A non running bot doesn't bring money, does have bad publicity and leads to customers move to other projects (who also have livetime support, so maybe not all will come back). 1.3 to improve point 1.1 there should maybe taken some effort in the "added basiscs" like combat routine to the bot. mabye get some help by demonbuddy - trinity developers - they do a to good job 2. Please keep us informed as well as possible, as i recognize this forum and the poe community, people are very reasonable, polite and helpfull - a lot more than in other games. Also there was a lot of discussion with your announcement to shut the bot down, no real shit storm within the first day. So try to be fair to us all, if it doesn't look to well, we can't demand more of you than try. 3. is there absolutly no way in decreasing the workload on a mid-time basis? i mean GGG won't develop each week a new possibility to increase your workload, so you should be able to maybe improve data-mining -> command binding logic or what ever is necessary to keep it up and running... At least i just can tell i tried some of the "other projects" in the market, and i made my mind, i would pay a monthly fee up to a reasonable price for a bossland product. I won't give reasons in public unless i get permission to do this, if someone is interessted, PM me.
Guys we are working on a solution that works. We have found a second developer and are sorting a lot of financial and admin issues so we can make you an offer you will be happy with. Please bear with us.
As for me , i would pay first 2 month of evey new league in poe , since im botting only on monthly leagues, 15$ or euroes is ok monthly.
great, i changed my key as im told its no longer going to work to a game a hardly ever play, and now im reading this and to make things even worse a beta build has been posted!!! i feel *****ed out of my exilebuddy key, id like to change back please oh and please make this monthly sub work
I put the new monthly prices on, you are free to make us some money by buying one for you eng1ish. Lets see how this one works out.
So you tell people the bot is permanently gone, allow them to swap their keys for a working bot, then bring back the old one and make them pay again? Lmao, nice scam e: I know, I know, everyone needs to pay eventually, but still
They're already deactivated? Didn't realise, I haven't bothered with EB yet. e: "Once new keys are on sale, existing keys will cease to work." So people got scammed out of a couple of days of using their key
You all made your profits with your lifetime sessions(with some exeptions). If you are not happy with the changes do not use this bot.
Not everybody's botting a game they don't play on dozens of accounts in the pursuit of profit. Some (most?) people just want to avoid grinding and have more fun in POE.
Doesnt matter if you used it for profit or not most ppl still used their lifetime keys for a rly long time. Most ppl use it for profit. Its sad about those ppl who purchased their keys in february, since they didnt get to bot much with them, but nothing can be done about that.
I'm not particularly unhappy with the value I got from my lifetime subscription, I'm just pointing out that not everyone made a huge profit from their key so it's unfair to set prices and policy based on the assumption that they did. Do you have any evidence to back this up? Yes it absolutely can, the refund deadline could be made February 1st instead to account for the (6 weeks!) downtime. NB that change wouldn't affect me so I'm not arguing this out of self-interest.
I only have 1 key. 1 account, i got banned like 1 year or more ago, i came back, it worked for 2 days then bot gone due to money. I am very jelous of you guys who make profit... If i knew how i would too, i am just helping my friend out with gear and stuff so we play and have fun. it saves time when your at work it help improve gear. I wish it only affected people who make banks. me poor and this my fav bot and i like. Maybe i buy key again, have to think.
I didn't get "scammed" when my keys stopped working, I sent an email to the support and got it refunded. I bet I'm neither the first nore the last to get that through.
